This number just started calling recently in June 2013 but when I answer, no one is there or replies. Just silence. weird.....

Got the exact same experience just now from this number and it is coming from a company that is owned by Google but is a subsidary named Yext or Yelp..not 100% sure but I believe they are the same company calling from a digital call center via a localized phone number for this region. They are soliciting by canvasing local IT businesses to leverage their services for local IT organizations to increase their SEO marketing. They offer these services and toss in the Google name and a promisary of inclusion on top search indexes to bring your website URL to the top of the list for a limited specific timeline. From what I can tell is that they operate with as much data as can be collected from search engines the same as any other company that offers this sort of thing and the funny part is up until today they were dialing a phone number that I have not been using for quite some time....so much for the current data lists they claim to have a deep reach into...took them 3-4 months to discover my number had been changed. I leave the old number running because it is a magic jack and I get alerts when it is called straight to my email inbox that I can simply double click and hear the message.

Damm people keep calling every day. Solicitor company calling to "put your business on the front page of Google." It is always a recording. A waste of my time and my minutes.

Woman called asking for our Company name. I asked her what this was regarding and she said for I.T. I asked her if this is a solicitor call and she said yes. I said we do not accpet solicitor calls and she hung up before I could ask anything else.

I called the number back and it would keep hanging up on me. I finally got through to an automative message that said, " Please hold why we try and connect you." You'll listen to music for awhile and then the automative message says, "All representatives are currently busy. Please stay on the line. Your call will be answered by the next reprensentaive." Then it rings and sounds like someone hangs it up.

I would call back again and it would keep hanging up again until I called and got this same automative message again, but still no live person to talk to.

I wanted to get the name of their company, but was unable to reach a live person when I called back. I will wait to hear from them again and try and get more information.

I hate solicitors.
