I got a call from this number and caller id says - Santibanez, Dian - the "lady" on the other end was looking for someone who used to live in the house i rent. She didn't believe me that I wasn't this person... she verified my number and then just assumed I was lying. She called me by the name of who she thinks I was...  I asked for my number to be removed... she said "we can't do that Amy" I am NOT AMY!!! I called it back from my cell... busy 1st try then it just rang and rang next time... rang for 3 mins. She wouldn't say where she is from or if it was personal

lol... a DO NOT CALL REGISTRY is a waste of time... do you think they really check every facking number before they call it. Get a facking grip and a life its as easy as just hanging up when a telemarketer calls you, unless your scared you might just do something bad and actually buy the product....

I just missed a call from this number too...STOP FREAKIN OUT... it IS B of A Auto loans, the 714-792-0931 s the general building number, 866-731-2685, goes directly to the auto loan department, did any of you stop to think that maybe someone that had a B of A auto loan, may have had your phone number previous to you? Happens to be my case... no sweat it it legit, I talked to a white guy named Casey.. no middle easterners, or any other racist crap like that..and did you ever think that not only english speaking people work? don't harsh a mellow...just chill.

We got a call from this number but the caller id showed DIANE SANTIBANEZ. I don't know anyone by this name. I am on the "DO NOT CALL REGISTRY" but that seems to be a waste of time!!!

I got a call today.  They claimed they were BOA and wanted account information.  I called back and I got a busy signal each time.  This cannot be a switch board number.  The individual who called me had a middle eastern accent.

Got a call from this No. today claiming to be from BofA and the caller asked to speak to some person unknown to me.It is annoying and worry some to have our phone No. which has been ours for 20 years used in an attempt to contact a perfect stranger to us.

I got a call from this number as well someone from bofa asking for someone I didn't know.

Also the toll free number is 866-731-2685.  I called back to let them know the individuals they were looking for are not at my number and they were very nice deleted my info and thanked me for letting them know.  BTW - they did answer it Bank of America.

I GOT A CALL 2/12/2010 FROM THIS NUMBER ON MY CELL PHONE. SHE SAID BANK OF AMERICA WAS UPDATING THEIR DATA BANK SYSTEM AND NEEDED TO VERIFY MY HOME PHONE NUMBER. I SAID I'M NOT GIVING IT. THEN SHE ASKED ME TO VERIFY MY SAVINGS AND CHECKING ACCOUNT NUMBERS. I ASKED WHAT NUMBER DOES SHE HAVE ON HER SCREEN.SHE COULDN'T GIVE ME THAT NUMBER. DO PEOPLE REALLY FALL FOR THIS SCAM? I HUNG UP AND IMMEDIATELY CALLED BACK THE CALLER ID AND GOT THE MESSAGE THAT THIS IS A DISCONNECTED NUMBER.

I GOT A CALL.BUT NO WOISE

Got a voice message from this number, claiming to be someone from Bank of America. She asked to return call to 866-404-1270 to update account information for "an account that's now at Bank of America". Very strange. To find out what's going on, I called 866 404 1270. They seem to be a legit container storage business, but not Bank of America! 714-792-0931 is definitely phishing scams.

The caller ID shown this 714-792-0931 said it was from Bank of America.
When does B of A call someone at 7pm? She said the call concern my daughter with account with B of A. I know my daughter do not have B of A account.
The person said she want to verify with my daughter that someone might be using her information etc etc. It is kind of a strange call so I check this number and her other number she gave me 866-731-2685.

Just got a call from this Number, it was BofA and they said it was regarding an inactive account for Tony Bromstrom, My name as you can tell from my initials is not Tony, someone is using my phone number or perhaps had the same number at some time in the past!

I got a call from this number. They said my name and just hanged up. I called back but it was a diconnected number.
