O M G!!! I recieved a solicited call from someone saying they were calling from the Wyndham Hotel and was inviting me to visit! mind you that they asked for "Pedro Deluna", I'm not Pedro nor have I ever heard of this person!! even after i told them that I have never heard of that person they insisted on trying t speak to me and get my name!!! I was'nt goin to give them my name!! hell nah!!! I told her I was'nt interested and not to call back and I hung up! do you know that she called right back!!! O M G!!! I told her again and hung up again!! I can't believe that she had the nerve to call me back AGAIN!!!!!! so I answered "JUST GIVE ME YOUR SUPERVISOR"! she did not respond...I ended the call.  I also recieved a call for the same "PEDRO" person earlier in the day from Charter communications (888-438-2427) once I told that person that they had the wrong #, they persisted on trying to get my name and said they wanted to lower my cable bill...."HOW YOU GONNA TELL ME THAT YOU GONNA LOWER MY CABLE BILL WHEN YOU DONT EVEN KNOW WHO YOUR TALKING TO" ....THIS HAS SCAM SCAM SCAM WRITTEN ALL OVER IT ...they call you asking for a person that doesnt exist or at least not at your residence then they try to continue to ask for your name and personal info!!! HELL TO THE NAH!!!!! B E W A R E!!

Hahahahahaaa... I got the call today 04/10/2008 like around 9:10ihsss pm... But I first though it was my cousins prank calling me ... The Laity had a really tick Asian accent soooo I googleddd them... The Asian Lady made me wait for her manager... Soo I totally change my voice to sound younger she heard me and asked me how old I am I told her 17 but really (24) hahahahaaa... wanted to talk to my mommy But told her it was my work # and asked really polite if she could take me of there call list... I hate telemarketers... hahahaha

I have been getting phone calls from this phone number anywhere from 2-5 times a week!!!!! I never answer numbers that I do not know but after reading the other comments here I think I may just answer and request that they do not call me anymore. At least they are persistent...hahaha

Caller ID said AIMS, I also received a call from AIMS on the 4th of Sept but with the number 512-879-1926. Who are these people, they don't leave any messages.

15-20 calls over the past 2 weeks.  I told the first person to put me on their do not call list - I'm still getting calls 2 weeks later!

I got called too.  The person on the phone claimed that he was from Wyndham Hotels.  The connection died after that.  Thanks goodness.

I asked the gentleman who called me from this phone # not to call me back after our initial conversation. He called me 9 times within 1 hour. He also phoned my husbands work phone number multiple times. My husband is a contractor in the roofing profession. The man calling and not regarding our wishes to stop calling was not only irritating, but disrespectful. If I could have him arrested for harassment, I would!

A woman asked for someone that I don't know, then read off a number that she called other than mine when I repeated that it was a wrong number she said that's ok I had been selected for...  I hung up.  While in this brief cal another call came in from 425-880-2103 that has been reported on this site.  I did not answer that one.

They called but left no message. I am on a do not call listing.  What up?

I called the number back, bad muzak, auto girl with heavy English accent or New Zealand maybe?  They never picked up the call.  Then I googled the number and see this.... thanks all for posting!

Has called me twice a day for the past few days, and keeps asking for my parents.
The call has been on my personal cell phone, which I have just gotten, it's a new number so I don't know how they got the number.
The lady with a thick accent on the other side asks for someone whom I don't know, I reply "You have the wrong number, please take this number off your list, thank you, bye"
I get a call back 30 seconds later with "Can I speak to your parents?" or "It doesn't matter that you're not (whatever she said)"
Is there any way to stop these calls?

michelle, same lady with horrible accent. asked to talk to her manager. Got CJ Barker. Said they were in Irving california. They asked me for my number to remove it from the list. She said she did not have access. Then CJ called me by my first name (when I did not give it to her) and said she would remove me from the list. I am pursuing this for them using my cell phone minutes.

Called 3 times on 4-9-07.

ANOTHER FREAKIN CALL!!!!! I IMMEDIATLEY ASKED FOR THE SUPERVISOR AND I SOMEONE (NOT SURE IF IT WAS A GUY OR GIRL DISGUISING VOICE) BUT THEY SAID THERI NAME WAS "ANDREW MILLER" AND IT WAS THE SUPERVISOR.......I TOLD THEM THAT IF THEY CONTINUED TO CALL I WOULD REPORT THEM......YOU KNOW...BBB...... I THINK I'M GONNA TRY BLOCKING THEM IF THEY CALL AGAIN! SUCH A FREAKIN HASSLE!!!!

The same "Philippino" lady called me and I told her it wasn't a good time because it was SUNDAY afternoon and I was spending time with my family.  She assured me she'd be brief and it wasn't a sales call, but I told her kindly I wasn't interested in whatever she was offering and to please remove my name from her company's database.  She told me it was for a vacation and I let her know I wasn't interested in a time share or a free vacation that required me to listen to a high pressure sales pitch.  She continued on and I said "NO THANK YOU!  Not interested.  Remove my name from your call list!"  We went back and forth a few times before I lost my cool and said something along the lines of oh my god do you understand the words that are coming out of my mouth, do you understand English?!  Wrong I know.  Believe it or not she still tried to keep me on the phone.  So I asked for her name again- A question she ignored.  I continued asking over and over for her name or to be put on the phone with a supervisor.  Wouldn't you know she hung up!  

I called the number back because I wanted to be sure I wasn't going to get any more calls from this company.  The girl who answered typed my number into the database and told me that they flagged my account for removal, but it may be a few days before their IT department got around to purging.  I asked to speak to a supervisor.  She told me she was a supervisor so I asked to speak to whoever her boss was.  I waited on hold about 3 minutes and another lady came on the phone and told me she was deleting me out of their system.  She wasn't very apologetic- though I wasn't really looking for an apology.  I just said you know when someone says they're not interested that should be it.  Whoever your callers are- they don't need to keep going and going after someone says "NO" 20 times.  I told her it was excessive and rude.  I know these folks have to make a living and sometimes that means they're going to bother me at home, but they can at least be polite and not nag me when I say I'm not interested.  I probably didn't even talk to a real supervisor, it could have been the janitor for all I know!  

Guess I went off on a little bit of a rant there!!

Yep! It is a Telemarketing call from the WorldMark for Wyndham Hotels. This place is located in Torrance CA but speaking to the lady she sounds like she is from the Philipines call center. Who know's these days? It is another bad cattempt by the "Elite" to make a "ONE WORLD".

I found the number on here before I answered the phone (thankfully). I just don't know how they got my number since very few have it and it's unlisted. They're driving me nuts...calling about 5 times a day for the past two days now. Thanks to all of you posting here, or I may have had to deal with the same troubles.

A phillipino lady called a friend of mine for a free Las Vegas Trip.  At the end of the call. They asked for referrels of this friends.  he gave out my cell phone number, which I did not approve of.  I got a call around 8:30pm 17 SEP 2007.  The girl asked for my first name, but different last name.  I didn't catch on at first, becuase of the horrible accent.  She said she was a friend of my friend, which is in the Navy.  I thought this was funny.  She said she wanted to get to know me.  Then she was new to the USA and lived in Los Angeles, but worked in Vegas.  She was helping to put on a show that I was invited to.  I said I was not interested, then she changed the subject and started asking me personnel questions.  Asked if I was single and if I was interested in meeting.  She kept saying that she was beautiful and that I would enjoy meeting her.  I kept saying I was busy watching a movie and she called at a bad time.. I told her to call back tomorrow.  I wanted time to google the number she called from.  I asked for her number before I hung up, but she said she didn't have a cell phone.  I then told her again, it was a bad time to call and hung up.
 This phone call was funny and strange, because earlier that day.. somebody (a female, with bad accent) called my work number, asking for my Chief.  I told her 6 times that he was not available and asked her to leave a message, which she refused.  My Chief hung up on the lady 4 times, but she kept calling.  

 Funny thing was, that the two lady's sounded similiar.. same accent.. probably the same scammers..
 I also called my friend that I first mentioned and asked him about the phone call.  I told him to google the number, but I think he was affraid.  he already attended a presentation about a hotel stay in Vegas.. I think he gave the girl his information.... I think this is the same as IDENTIFY THEFT!

Keep calling my cellphone, 4 times per day......... very annoying.

I called this number because it was in an add on Craigslist as the number to call regarding a car for sale!  Very shady, I kept asking them if they were actually selling a car and they kept avoiding the question, then tried to get my information WHICH I DID NOT GIVE THEM!  I didn't give them my name, phone number, anything.


Two days later they called me.  They must have caller I.D.

Yes, there's no obligations, but the so-called "free" gifts are actually nothing but fake. The limitations inside make it worth nothing.

I got calls from..and aked me to attend one presentation in their office. Wanted to confirm my 100 % participation and talked a lot. Got my name, address and email id, saying that they will send me the directions to their office. First one lady picked and then she gave the phone to a man, they were saying that they were Philippinos. Keeps calling me....:( donno what to do.

Anyone has any comments,,,Iam afraid they will do anything with the information I provided.

Called in the afternoon, initially asking for a Ms. So-and-so, which happened to be my last name. I told them i was her, the lady whom had a horribly thick accent was telling me that i was chosen to stay free at a hotel, yada yada yada. I told her i wasn't interested, but thanked her. She said the trip was free, no obligations, i'd be missing out i think is what she said. She then addressed me by a first name, not my own, and i told her, "i'm not her." She told me it didn't matter and she was offering it to me anyway. I again told her i didn't want a free trip, and kept me on the phone until i told her my son needed me. She kept talking, and i told her again i didn't want anything from them and finally hung up on the annoyingly persistent lady who could barely speak english.

Keep calling...... very Annoying!
