Simple. just google national do not call registry, there is a place to click to register a complaint.  Easy to do, and will put them out of business.  I encourage you all to do this!!!!   Fast!!!!

Reply "YES" to be contacted today with info."  This is Bull ShiZ. You pay for a cell phone and they text you advertisments. You pay for cable TV or dish TV and you get tons of ads. If you pay you should get only what you want to get. Not all the crap that comes with it.
