Sally Showgirl must work there. This is nothing but a bottom feeding, illegally run, law breaking collection agency without the fortitude to show who they really are. If the offer is real, they will give you an address where you can send payment, as required by law.

I got their phone call too and I failed to respond. They offered me a good deal but I didn't believe them and now I have to pay the entire amount because they took me to court and garnished my wages. I should have accepted the offer they gave me but I didn't because I thought it wasn't true. Believe me they can and will get the money you owe and I wish I had just accepted their offer in the first place.

I kept getting calls from a process server said his name was Tim Mcdonald who wouldn't tell me no info but said to call this 714# so i called them they told me i was in the process of being sued. I told him to do what you have to do. I don 't ever believe anyone on the phone. Last month my wife was served with papers for me to appear in court i didn 't even go and now my boss at work says a wage garnishment will be effective in august. I tried calling them back and they won 't talk to me about it now. They are just out suing people who are struggling to keep food on the table.

when this number called me it said to speak to victoria shields..but when i called the number it was mr. resin VM...i did not leave my name or number...

i received a message from this # saying pretty much the same thing...can they really garnish wages?... i have never been served and they called again to say I missed my court date and now have a failure to appear...

someone called my wife asking for me to serve legal documents told her i need to call this # to reschedule or if i had ne questions. i called and was told i was being sued. they also called my job to set up garnishment and they tried serving me at work. i didnt beleive them until i was served when i got home from work b4 i even walked in my house.

he is a debt collector lies and says u missed your court date
