Receive repeated calls from this number, Discount Carpet Cleaners.  Am on DNC have filed a complaint with the FCC.

This number calls several times a week and hangs up when I answer.
Caller ID shows Thomas Bryan. I've filed complaints with FCC as I'm on the DNC list.

From Thomas Bryan.  I think these types of calls are "pre" telepests e.g., they call to see if you pick up, then if you do, they send your number on to a "real" telemarketer.  We get the hang ups all the time an you can usually bank on another telemarket call within an hour.

Call from Discount Carpet Cleaners, am on the National Do Not Call list, have filed a complaint with the FCC, no answer on call back.
