Received text about the "If you owe $10k or more..." They should not be able to  do this. I don't think I should have to pay for incoming texts that come from telemarketers.

Same basic message.   If I am on the no call list, are texts exempt or does someone need ripped on?

I have also gotten the same text. I believe it is linked to 714-932-6082. I got a similar text from them but it had a 1-800 # and when you called it , it was a long drawn out message. I left them a nasty message at the end telling them to remove my number but I guess they just change numbers. I have reported both number to the Do not call registry as my cell is on that list. Please do the same. I'm thinking about pretending like im interested next time so I can get the company name and number and call them to bi***!

Unsolicited debit card debt txt message.  How did they get my cell? I don't have a txt plan, so I also have to pay for this.  Not the way to do business.

f you are 10k or more in credit card debt, you can qualify for our Debt Reso;ution program, text back "Yes" for info.

I also received a message from this number and it pisses me off  because I elected NOT to have a text plan ... so, whenever someone texts me it costs me .20 cents.   Not a big deal yet it's the principle that some b*****d is doing this.  We need to educate people NOT to ever respond to a spam email or text so that eventually people will give up.  And... we need to track them down and prosecute them.
