This little c**t won't answer the phone when I call there number.

I think someone is deliberately using software to fake the caller ID to harass the person whose number is being faked.  We had 911 calls placed by someone faking our number. If you google "spoofing" you can read more about it. These people are sick and criminal.  Hope they catch this one.

I am receiving repeated calls on my cellphone from this number with text messaging offers to reduce my credit card debt. Annoying at the least! Too bad they cannot be stopped!

This is a SPAM call from a telemarketer and I just filed a complaint with the folks on the National DNC registry for an unsolicited text message.
I hope they are investigated and subsequently fined as the law allows.
