Received text message solicitation.

Received three texts so far from 714-916-3712.  At first I just sent "remove my number", which I realize was probably a fatal error on my part.   I finally called that number from my home phone and after many rings a vm picks up and says expletives.  Not sure how to block this from happening, or where this guy got my number.

I just got  a text from these people at 1-714-916-3712.  My home is paid for and I have no idea where they got my cell phone as very few people have it.

I just got a text at 5 pm pacific time here.  Texted back with remove.  Doubt it will work.

Text message about loan modification and gave a website. Deleted the message. Hope it's a broadcast and not like they got my number somewhere. Cell phone prefixes probably make it easy to target with junk text.

Frigging 3 am - do I want a loan - Are you ffffing kidding me !!

about credit card dept.

I just recieved fraudulant text messages from this number about credit debt.  I want this guy in jail.

I got a text about settling credit card debt....I will not reply as this only shows them they have a real phone number

Same text that previous posters listed.  I'll take the advice of not responding (which might just reconfirm & encourage them to retext).  We'll see...it's only Day 1.

How'd they get my freakin' number I can't begin to tell you.  Next thing you know it they'll have their employees jumping off a plane with me.

I receive a text from this number about "debt Resolution". I do not owe any debts so I am assuming it is some form of solicitation. (????) I wish they would leave me alone!!

I got a call from this number at 5:23am this morning. I don't own a home and I don't have a mortgage. I thought that there was a certain time period in which telemarketers could not call. I guess nothing is off limits anymore.

I encourage all to report this to the FCC in the link above (http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm ) though I suspect that phone number may not the correct one (it's forged).

I called AT&T and asked if there was anything they could do.  They offered to charge me $5 extra a month to block specific numbers.  Weak, though it's really not in their interest to help:  spam texts generate income for them.

By posting your grievances here, all you're doing is complaining to each other about these text messages.  That won't resolve the issue.

same # called me on a Sunday night.  Call your phone company and tell them to block the #, that it is harassing.  Open a police report if you have to

I received a text about a mortgage too from 7149163712 on Oct 1.  I have not replied and have not received any further texts.  Of course it is only four days after the original text.  I think once you reply, it indicates a valid #.  Just my thought.

I text them back and said do Not text or call this phone I do not own any homes thanks. Today they text me again about 2 mins ago I text back F*** OFF! Who goes out of there way to text people this B.S. I think they should not be able to do this.. When I tryed dialing back the number is fake or something..

Also, I got this message at 4:01 PM on September the 29th of 2009

These "People" (i think it might be a bot) texted me with the following message: "Lowerpaymnt.net Is your mortgage too expensive? Our Loan Modification program can lower your payments immediately. May we please give you a call?" So, I replied: "NO. REMOVE ME FROM YOUR CALL/TEXT LIST."

No reply yet, hoping they DO remove me. I do not own a house, muchless any land. I'm thinking it's Fraudulent, because in a previous post it's a *Different* website.

I have been contacted through text message three times by this company asking me if I want to do a mortgage modification to lower my mortgage payments all three times I have asked that they remove my number from their call/ text messaging list and within a week the text messages start up again. They sure do have crappy timing since it always goes off right in the middle of me talking to a client. This really has to stop.

Am getting the following text message 3 to 5 times a day.

"loanmod123.net Homeowners, we can lower your mortgage payment by doing a loan"

Homeowners, we can lower your mortgage payment by doing a loan modification.
Late on payments OK. No equity OK. May we please give you a call?"


NOTE: also received the same message from this number 7144547950 a couple days ago.

I have been getting this text for approx. 3 months now, at ALL hours.
I have tried calling them back, but the # is no good. I have asked them to call me and they don't....  Please help
