Was it a scam???? Because I got a call from him

I fell for it, and gave them my information. I am calling my bank now to stop payment, but what else do I do now?

Do anyone recognize this number?

He said his name is Richard Walters and he is with the Legacy Reliance Group and Associates. That he was collecting money from me to pay The Bank of Delaware cause I haven't paid on my credit card since 06. For me to put the money on a debit card or they will serve me with papers and go to court.

This company is a scam.  REPORT THEM!    Contact THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and THE FCC and the OCC!  This company is illegally threatening people under FALSE PRETENSES!  BEWARE AND REPORT THEM NOW!      They Called me and told me I had 24 hours to come up with Money for them or that I would be dragged into court by subpoena.  They also claimed that someone had already tried to serve me with papers one time already which is a bunch of bull since I am home 24 hours a day due to an injury I have suffered.  Also, I called my CREDIT CARD COMPANY and they said they have no affiliation with CF GROUP AND ASSOCIATES.  I worked out payments directly with my company.  CF GROUP AND ASSOCIATES wanted me to pay them and claimed THEY WOULD PAY MY CREDITORS!  LIARS!   DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM!   THEY ARE FRAUD AND THEY NEED TO BE REPORTED NOW!

This is a "collection" attempt call - after researching in Anaheim CA City & Government agencies this company does not exist.  Beware
