I received a call from this number. The caller identified himself as Officer Brown with a law firm but would not tell me what firm he was with. He said there was a lawsuit filed under my name and social for a payday loan that was defaulted on. He wanted to know how I was going to fix this situation. I asked who filed the lawsuit, how much it was for and when did I get the payday loan. He would not tell me. Advised that he would have me arrested and sent to jail for the rest of my life.

Recieved a call from this number they left a message for me to call them back. So I did, when they answered I asked them the name of their company to which this Einstein stated they were not a company they were a Law Firm, so right there I knew they were bogus and I stated to him that a Law Firm is a company. He got really mad and told me to F - - - myself. Then he proceeded to use more vulgar language and said he will call me 1,000 times a day. Then more choice sayings. Called the States Attorney and they informed me do not give these people any information and I filed a complaint with the States Attorneys office.

I also received a call from this number - said he was Officer Charles Brown. I asked for the name and address for the company and he said he was filing a lawsuit against my name and Social Security number at the courthouse in his county. I asked what county that was and he couldn't tell me. I asked for the attorney's name handling this matter and he said he was an attorney with a California Bar Number of 11W3 - no such number exists. He wanted additional information that I would not give him. I asked for his address again, he got nasty and started yelling at me and when I told him I was recording the call he hung up.

its a scam. they get your info from a fake online payday loan page and try to convince you that you took out a payday loan when in fact you did not. they also say they will send the police to your house to arrest you. by law, a person can not be prosecuted for defaulting on a payday loan.when you tell thes Gandhis that, they get upset and they start cursing at you. Just laugh in their face and dont act like this bothers you. as i said, its a scam and they also call thru the 911 emergency system, which is very illigal. they are dumb s**ts

I also got a call from Charles Brown with a strong accent. It was from Orange California according to my caller ID. He said that because I was used as a personal reference, that I could be sued for the amount someone else borrowed. I told him I wasn't stupid. That didn't faze him. Anyway, I told him I had to call him back later. Not sure what to do next.
