I received a call from this number as did my husband.  When I asked what company he was from and his name, he said we were refusing to co-operate and hung up on me.

I received a call from this number today and had a message from a Mr. Mince. The guy sounded like he was on medication or had been drinking and he just wasn't making any sense at all. He was slurring his words and stumbling over what exactly it was he wanted to say. He left a call back number of 714-385-2838, ext. 2121. Not sure what company he is with, but it doesn't seem very professional at all! I have no idea if this is legit or not!

THIS MAN MR.MOONEY KEEPS CALLING SAYING I OWE MONEY AND CALLING MY NEIGHBORS AND FAMILY AND I KEEP TELLING HIM THAT QUITE CALLING IF I OWED MONEY TO SEND MY BILL, I HAVENT SEEN A BILL! He is calling everyone giving all my info to everyone he calls, not proffessional at all, if i owed a bill i would pay, but i dont! he would say what or where but kept giving different amounts that i owe it from 200to 2500 and in between, he keeps harrassing and says i will do nothing about it, but I am ~ i ask to speak to a manager or supervisor and he refuses to let me he says you should show ur kids how to pay there debt and said ill give you until 11am the nexyt day to pay it or im suing your husband bill collecters do not do that! they said i borrowed money from cash central in 2006, why wait til 2010 to collect then!

Just received a call from 714-937-0707, asking for an employee who NO LONGER WORKS at this company. Told the woman that, she started grilling me as if I was his best friend and was hiding him. Told her to get better skip tracing methods & hung up. She proceeded to call me repeatedly for 5 minutes.. Each time I referred the call to voice mail.  I AM NOT EVEN THE DEBTOR & they are harrassing me.. This place is beyond sad.. FDCPA rules broken in all sorts of ways.

I'M BEING HARRASSED BY A MAN CALLING ME FROM THIS NUMBER SAYING HE HAS A RECORDED CONVERSATION OF ME AND WILL SEND THE SHERIF TO ME. THIS MAN IS COMPLETELY NUTS. IS THERE ANY PLACE HE CAN BE REPORTED? I TRIED MY LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT WHERE ELSE SHOULD I CALL?

This man keeps harassing me.  He calls himself a lawyer yet can hardly carry himself in a proffesional manner. He is a total fraud.
