I RECEIVED A CALL WHILE AT WORK FROM A WOMAN NAMED KIM CLAIMING TO B FROM THE LAW OFFICES OF MARC WASSERMAN.  STATING THAT I OWE MONEY FROM A JUDGEMENT THAT WAS MY HUSBANDS COMPANY AND I WAS NOT PART OF.  SHE WAS FISHING FOR ADDRESS AND E-MAILS WHICH SHE SHOULD HAVE IF IT WAS A COURT ORDERED JUDGEMENT?  WHEN I WOULD NOT GIVE HER THE INFORMATION SHE BECAME RUDE AND THREATENING.

Ms Kim Williams tried to be harassing, claim to be calling from the Law offices of Marc D. Wasserman I don't think she was calling from a law offices because she seemed very unorganized.

recieved a letter demanding $2300 I have clue.for.what says its a bill from hadleys tow have never done bussiness with this company nor will I.pay this bill

I just received a call from them. They were so rude. They are trying to collect of a car I sold and years ago and sent in the release of liability to the DMV. I have given all the info to the towing company and the debt collect. When I told him the car is not mine, he said that's not what I show and will just go to court. I told him maybe a judge should look at this. And he hung up on me. I called right back and and said,' You hung up on me.' He said 'Ya, I'm done with the call' I told him I want to see the paper work on the car (that I have asked and asked for but is never given) and was told I'll get it when I get it and hung up on me again. My credit means a lot to me. Has anyone really ever been taken to court or had them mark there credit score?

This Willam Wasserman and Marc D. wasserman don't know what they are doing. Also they don't speak to people with respect. I want these two guys fired.

they clled didnt call back kause im a man of the law havent done anything to have a firm call me..the scary part is that the voicemail the guy mentioned my name... beware of this # im already putting an alert out on my identity theft program

I received a call from this  number several times, they claim to be a law firm named wasserman and associates when I call the number back no one answers.  It just says the person can't take your call at this time.  I feel if this was a legitimate law firm they would answer their phone and identify themselves as a law firm, have a secretary/receptionist etc.
