Update on this number. The number you find on line is attached to Angela Kissinger in EauClaire WI> This was an attorney who left the area and moved to Mpls, MN. The new owner of this number comes on Caller ID as Carolyn Holt. She is a legit business person working from home. The company she works for is Charter Communications. They contract her for follow up calls of various services companies :ie auto repair/service, etc. I called her back from my number due to two days of calls and no msg. According to her, Charter Communications requires her to make 3 attempts to speak to a real person before she leaves a msg. This is a very poor prcatice on Charter Communications side. I suggest making a complaint to them directly regarding their msg practices.

Has called several times. If you answer, you get hung up on. No msg. Caller ID shows a Carolyn Holt ???

This person has called numerous times...and left no message. Anyone know her ? I refuse to pick up.

On further investigation, this appears to be an Angela Kissinger.  She is apparently an attorney in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

Has called twice.  Hangs up before I can get to the phone, and does not leave a message.
