Call came in on my home phone as "Chippewa, WI" who I initially thought was my cousin as he lives near there, but I answer and some weirdo asks me if I'm a lady. I seem to have a gift for voice mimicking, so I imitated a young woman's voice. I gave him the name Heather Wilee, and he believed me, and when he said "Nigeria" I knew that it was a scam. I asked him why he was calling from a Wisconsin number, and every time I asked he would pretend to not understand what I said.

Eventually I gave up the fake voice and called him an idiot for believing that I'm a girl. He still thought I was a girl, and my voice is pretty deep for my age. He still continued his 'lovey-dovey' act, and I hung up and he called back within 10 seconds. He said exactly this "Baby, why you are hanging up on me?" I told him I was a guy, and he hung up. He won't stop calling, asking for my fake name. -_-

I have a question for all of you who corresponded with this guy.  Have you reported him to the Admins on each dating site he frequents?  Have you filed police reports if he has scammed you out of money?  You can also go to www.romancescams.org - they have information there on how to tell if someone is a romance scammer, as well as education, peer support and help if you are currently involved with a scammer.  

Please listen LADIES! This man is EVIL! he is good, very good at what he does. Google him Bobby Jack NEEB. Ibelieve it  is a scam ring and he most likely Runs the Nigerian Gang they seem to think he belomgs to, He runs it! I am out more than money.
And he still has the Nadds to keep asking for more, He tries to turn it around and Guilt you into believing its your fault. DO NO BELIEVE HIM!  He even had excuses for the information posted on google. that it is all BS someone, trying to come in between him and me! and he is going to SUE them once he comes home. Well Ladies I had to find out the hard way, I Kow he is not stuck over there, if there is even Nigeria??? I sent him Air Fare and money to renew his now what they think is a fake Passport
and money to Bail him outta Jail. He even has cursed me, my daughter and my family..... Yelling at me, etc. He is EVIL and must be stopped. Now he is even asking me for two -five thousand dollars for secuirty fees. that is his excuse now for not coming home, that they stopped him at the airport and said they will keep his shipment if he leaves and does not pay these security fees. He will start screaming at me when I question him, even consulted an attorney and Bobby just screamed and cursed about that, he has to pay investors back or he will be arrested in US. So please do not even respond to this man. Help us stop him. please reply or comment on this. HE NEEDS TO BE STOPPED.

This man is excellent at what he does. Ladies please do not believe him, do not allow him to turn this around on you. He is not stuck in Nigeria, I know for a fact. because I sent him the money needed for plane ticket home and to renew his passport, which is now said to be a fake! I have last spoke with him today, he texted me from Airport saying he had been stopped and told if he leaves the country he will lose his shipment! you know the one worth millions!!! and he asked me to wire another two thousand dollars for security fees or he will lose it. Then he gets on the phone and cursed me, my family and my young daughter, said I was stupid idiot, etc. So please please do not believe this man. He claimed  and still claims to love me. Anyone who oves you will not speak to you this way. I should have listened to my family and friends. Now I am possibly going to lose my family over his lies. We all want to find love and when it sounds to good to be ture it usually is. I told him to just fly back home and we would work all this out he called me selfish to expect him to lose everything in his shipment, so ladies he loves the money, not us or me or you. And do not think you can change him. He seems to have no conscience. either. I believe he will do whatever it will take to get as much money as he can. He now asked m for five thousand dollars to be done and him to get home. Its all a le. Because he will then call me nd say something else has come up and needs more money. I will continue to pray he is stopped! and that I do not lose my home or family. Do not wire him anything even a few hundred dollars thats how he starts. Please listen to these warnings.

Bobby Jack Neeb is a scammer posing as an exporter stuck in Nigeria, is on all the dating sites and convinces women to fall in love and wire money to him. This is just one of the numbers he gives ahis best friends number to verify he is real and not a scam. I have never spoke to a real person only a text a time or two. Best friends name is Joseph Walker and is suppose to live in Phoenix, AZ, and he takes care of his 16 year old son Peter who I have never spoken to either.
