from mr. Roberts your are a victim of identy theft  call

I got a message from same number and said samething and even called by my maiden name from 25yrs ago, where do they get this crap from

SAME AS ABOVE COMMENTS.  THESE GUYS ARE JUST A SCAM.   They are trying to make a living off other people.  Just do not answer the phone they will stop calling.  

Called me from 716-204-7213 and left a message, said my name and ssn number was used for some fraudulent internet activity and would like to speak to me about this. What a farce!!

I received a call from this man tonight who said he was from an attorney's office and he said that my case was going to be filed with the New Haven County Sheriffs Department (we don't have sheriff's in CT) for overdraft I never paid with Wachovia bank and now Wells Fargo was going to sue me for $3500, seize my bank accounts and report it to the credit bureau.  First he used a date of 2010 and then a date of 2008, when I told him I didn't live in this state in 2010.  He gave me a number to call the bank to get the information, however when I called that number they couldn't pull up my account because it was not current.  While I was finishing my call with the bank this guy Dave Matthews was calling me on the other line and stating that he just spoke with someone on that number and the amount was $100 less than what he first told me.  I was finally connected to someone at the bank who stated my accounts were perged in 2010 and gave me a number to contact the company they were sent to for more information on my old account.  I contacted my local Police.  People beware!

without repeating same thing over and over, but i too recieved call from mr. david.......i asked for somrthing in writing to help me verify some of what he was claiming, but what i recieved was an email that a fifth grader must have written.......i must tip my hat to him, he seerms to think he has a pretty good thing goin on......probully does two days out of the week, but soory dave,,,,, cause today aint your day......

i received the same call over a citibank account i had closed. I think he's a fake scammer

P.S. most of their accounts are from bank like "Citibank and Bank of America" which have defaulted balances.

This company is a Debt Collector. The person stated that they have lawyers and that will sue if you don't make a deal to pay down the debt. And that they buy accounts from Razor Capital, LLC 8000 Norman Center Drive, Suite 115 Bloomington, MN 55437 952-345-0061.

Oh and when he called me back he called me back from the (716)-204-7212

a man called me blocked and said i was being summons and need to call a 866 number, Pinnacle Financial Group to explain the matter further and told me to call the number in "5 minutes". I called the number and the man answer the phone by name, Robert he said i owed a bank $649 and i was being sued and he need money over the phone to settle the debt. I said i didn't have that kind of money and didn't know anything about this debt and my identity was stolen a couple years ago so i wanted to make sure, he said if i contact anyone then he couldn't help me so be can drop it down to $300,i said i would call back, the next day i did some research and ended getting the (866)- 369-7991  number and it was David Matthews. I ask what this was about and he said i owed a certain amount of money to a bank. I was shock and confused and ask if i could do my research and he said if i do he cant help me that the bank was suing me and i need to pay today over the phone. I said i didn't have that kind if money so he dropped it from $339 down to $149. (they keep changing the amount as you can see) I said i would call him back. I was really confused so i called the bank, I called the bank and ask if i can have a detailed list of what i owe and  they said i had to contact the collection agency, which was David Matthews. I called him back and he said he cant give me that, that the bank will and i said they told me you were suppose and that when he lost it he said " well you know what, we are going to sue you and ruin your credit so you cant even finance a toaster oven, haha" and hung up on me. I did more research and called back and a woman pick up named Claire Mathews, i hung up and called again and then this man named Stanly Lock answered. I ask where was Claire Mathews and he said there's no one by that name that works there even thought i just talk to her. I ask again what there company was and he then said "Pinnacle Capital Funding LLC" something completely different from what they told me before. I threaten to call the cops and he started to be real submissive. I told him what David said and he said "first" he was the president than he said he was someone that was hired by the company to collect debts. he kept changing his story. He couldn't give me any info on there company, why they changed there name on me of there company. he said i must pay something over the phone with a card or i was being sued. I hung up with him and got my credit report and none of this was either. This is a scam/and or a scare tactic!!!!! be extremely careful!!!!

Got a similar message as well from the same guy with the same kind of story.  Trying to figure out who this guy is.

man named david mathews from pinnacle capital called me threatening me i was being sued bby a company and I needed topay him that day or i was being taken to court. I said send me confirmation in the mail and he said he cant its against llc regulations. i then said i would send a money order and he flipped out saying he knew i was trying to get his address and he continues to harrass me. I notified my police department and they cant do much but i wanted it on file
