My mom received a call from these people about a month ago with a message stating that I had a returned check and a case number. We ignored it. They just called my work with the same message. I called the number back and spoke with some lady stating that I owe a pay day loan and they were threatening me with jail time. She said with court costs and everything the total was close to 2600.00 but I could settle it today for 856.00. When I asked her to send me the court papers that the judge had signed she said she couldnt do that. That if I declined to pay the amount today that they would send the papers back to judge and they would be filed in my county. This is load of crap! I havent taken out any payday loans! Dont fall for it!

Got a hold of a couple attorneys over this number Econ tell you have a case a federal case against you going to prison if you don't pay this Don't fall for it is a scam They give you fake doc numbers All you have to do is call your Clerk of Courts

This a scam. Do not give any info to these people.

You have to be very careful with these.  This is a SCAM, but they will use other companies numbers without thier knowledge by tapping into it. They can see who calls so they know what to pick up and what not to pick up.  I get many of these calls the past few year and we had contacted the FBI on these, but they are always a step ahead.  They are in the process of trying to get them to stop, so you can help them out by providing these to them even if that means forwarding them your voice mails if possible.  My dad fell for it, but after I had him talk to my attorney he now sees it is a scam, so now he is getting the same calls.  Very scarry.

Got a call today stating I had a returned check and had a case number then was given a case # and another phone number to call18007194914.  You would think these Dumb A_ _ people would finally figure out that majority of people can look up these phone numbers and find information like this which only verifies our gut feeling that this was just another SCAM.

Called today and left a threatening message.  I called the number to find out who they were and each time I called they provided me with a different business name and proceeded to threaten me with arrest without even knowing who I was or why I was calling.  SCAM!

What kind of scam? Got a call from them and left a voicemail with a case number or something.

They have NO right to call and threaten people

Do not fall for it! My attorney has verified that callers from this number are running a scam!!
