Keep getting phone calls regarding my son who lives in another state and has not lived with me in 30 years.The person calling claims to be an investigator and throws around words like law and courts. I have asked these people to quit calling me,but to no avail. I am now keeping a log of such calls and hope to bring some type of charges my self.I know this company is located in Buffalo NY and appears to be just another bottom feeder.

He contact my old employer several times today after being told I no longer work there.  He was surprised that I called back and he said he had an affivdavit in the county where I lived.  He also called my parents and told my mother that my father had co signed on the bill.  He said he was a lawyer also.  I called and reiterated everything he told my mother and he more or less called her a liar.  It is a collection agency and I agree I owe the money and would be paying them in monthly installments.  I also told him I would only pay what I owed and no more.  Also he was surprised that I know the laws in my state and that he was no longer allowed to call my old work number or I would contact my agency of banking and insurance.  I knw I owe this debt and he will get his money in the end.

Also the person calling is Rubin Golstein at x600.  I have tried contacting him back and left messages letting him know I will be reporting this harrassment.  Just today he has contacted my place of business after he was told by my supervisor it is illegal to contact me here.

I have received calls at my place of business and my 75 year old mother has received calls from these people.  They scared the crap out of my mother stating I have charges filed against and so on.  I further explained to my mother that they were a bill collector.  She was upset thinking I was about to be arrested.  Then I have had them contact my place of business threatening the same thing.  They have been told by my company that they are not to contact me here and so far they have called me 4 different times here after being told they are not allowed to call.  I will be taking further actions against them.  First to threaten my mother and then get irrate with people at the company I work with.  This is crazy, rude, and obnoxious.

Joseph Ramone ? ( I believe is correct ) phoned my Business and stated to an employee that I had an Arrest Warrant and it would effect my business if I did not call right away. My employee, being very disgruntled, called my cell phone and was very upset. I called this # back from my cell to find out it is a typical bill collector using typical and unethical tactics to try and collect ( extort ) money from a bill paid in full years ago. It can be verified as paid in full and is an embarassment to explain to an employee that I am not a Wanted Fugitive. He even called the business # back and screamed at her to apologize for something he had said. She plans to file a complaint with the AG Office and others as I should and may do so myself. Don't be bullied by a liar from Buffalo !!!
