left msg. on home voice mail regarding pending litigation in Miami Dade County.  If I don't return call, summons will be issued in my place of employment.  I've never been to Miami.  Interesting that area code belongs to NY.

This is a collection call! I got one from some idiot named William Gallo! It was for a relative of mine. The idiot could not find that person so he called and threatened to " Have tea and krumpets " with me everyday until I forced the person to call him back!!!!!! Told me it was my JOB to do so. When I informed him that both my and my spouse are in law inforcment and that these types of calls are not legal he really blew his lid!! We are now in the process of filing charges against him and the company!

I would be very interested to hear from others who got this same phone call.
