I received a call this number, didn't take it. After looking at this website, I'll point out that I'm NOT a T-Mobile customer and on the Do-Not-Call list. Looks like T-Mobile is getting reported to the Fed Do not Call complaint list.

I work for T-Mobile, and this is a legit number. It's from our outbound telesales group aka marketing. Usually they make calls for rate plan changes or flexpay to post paid conversions. When you call the "real" T-Mobile you go to customer care. Ask customer care about Marketing and they'll know who you're talking about. It's not in any systems yet because its a fairly new department, although i do think they have the number to marketing there.

You should read up more on how the dnc list works. This comment made me LOL!!

I got a call from this number. Yep T-Mobile - checking on my service and checking to see if they can save me $$$.
Andrea C 2011-09-01 16:49:19 Unknown
Got another call from this number. Missed it and no message left. I have looked up this number a few times before after getting occasional missed calls. Glad I've never picked up.

A lot of calls from this number. Even when my phone is in the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY
chikados18 2011-08-25 18:55:52 Unknown
Do not give this caller any personal information. It's a possible scam. What tipped me off was when they asked for my social security number. I think NOT! Call T-mobile and confirm about the so-called suspending flex-pay or change of services. But do not give out any personal information to these callers. They have "identity theft" written all over it.

Just got a call right now from this number. It looks suspicious --- so I googled it. Will not entertain. Be wary, there are a ton of scammers out there.

@'T-Mobile Courtesy Centet Rep'
If you are a T-moble rep then why does your signature have a Verizon advertisement?

I just got a call from this number, and when I didn't pick up, they left a very unnerving message on my phone. It started off with, "Hey, this is Pete, call back. . . ." and then degraded into a bunch of static, warbled voices, and people saying 'call back'. Have they left anyone else a message like that?
Oh. And I switched from T-Mobile to another phone company about six days ago.
rebecca 2011-08-16 18:54:49 Unknown
it's a scam.
Laura 2011-08-15 15:08:07 Unknown
This number continuously calls me.. so it is a t-mobile rep? im so tired of blocking these 877 888 800 numbers only for them to change their number and try again....
RCC 2011-08-13 01:39:42 Unknown
Oh look, it's Ryan from "T-Mobile". It's Ryan, the guy who has spammed EVERY website where people are complaining about the FAKE T-Mobile number. Ryan DOES NOT work for T-Mobile. He is a liar & is part of the SCAM.
Y6N6 2011-08-13 01:33:37 Unknown
You don't seriously think people are stupid enough to fall for your crap. ANYBODY can post on here CLAIMING to be from T-Mobile. You, Ryan, are full of crap.
RCC 2011-08-13 01:29:58 Unknown
Oh, another illiterate "T-Mobile" rep. No doubt you are the same scammer that posted a few pages back. Same bad spelling & grammar.
RCC 2011-08-13 01:23:34 Unknown
I think a REAL T-Mobile rep would know how to spell the word "center" and would also know how to use correct grammar & punctuation. Or does T-Mobile hire illiterate high school dropouts? Not falling for it, sorry.

Said he was with t-mobile and he could reduce my phone bill by almost $10/month by charging me $79.99/month for unlimited text, phone and internet. I asked him to call me back after I looked up my bill on the internet. He never called back.
Sacanagem 2011-08-10 21:03:48 Telemarketer
Oh goody, as if I needed another reason to dump t-mobile.
Khati 2011-08-10 19:03:54 Unknown
This phone # keeps calling me and never leaves a message which makes me think its a scam. I'm tired of getting these calls and want them to STOP!
correction 2011-08-10 01:05:49 Unknown
PS: The call I received from a T-Mobile sales rep a few months ago (again, not sure if it was from this number) actually resulted in the discovery of a billing error in addition to giving me the free phone upgrade. After getting the phone upgrade set up, I was transfered to someone from billing and they corrected the overage charge. So further proof that T-Mobile *DOES* call customers.
correction 2011-08-10 00:56:40 Unknown
WRONG! T-Mobile *Does* call their customers. That's how I finally broke down and switched from my old Motorola RAZR to the MyTouch Slide. One of their sales reps called me up and offered me a deal several months ago (though I'm not sure if it was from this number.) I treated the call with a grain of salt at first, but if they give you all your account info and you give them very little, usually you can prove it's genuine. And if not, let them know you're interested, but you don't trust the unknown number, and would prefer to call the main T-Mobile number (611) to verify the call. See what they say to that.

I'm reporting multiple calls from this number. No message. Just annoying.
TJKilla 2011-08-09 01:26:55 Telemarketer
Considering I heard a bong bubbling and the Red Sox game on in their background, I hung up.
annoyed 2011-08-06 19:43:39 Unknown
Have gotten several of these calls at different hours over the last few days which I never answer. So, I saved the number as a new contact, named it SCAM, and gave it the quietest and least annoying ringtone. If this is a 3rd party company hired by T-Mobile to do telemarketing for them (actually a very common practice by large companies, even phone companies), then shame on them for choosing such a sorry outfit. Furthermore, the people who do this sort of harassment deserve a very special place in Hell right next to the pedophiles and people who talk during movies at the theater.

I was paying my T-Mobile bill this afternoon and I received the 3 call since Fri. I called T-Mobile and talked to them about this. They told me what I already knew. These ppl are Frauds. T-Mobile gives us Free text or post it on our bills or when we call them they then tell us of their promotional items. So don't give out your info. Call T-Mobile and let them know.
