Collection agency looking for my former son-in-law.

I called it and told them I had no idea his location,

Yesterday I received a call from 716-213-0967. The message was from a James Johnson. He claimed that I needed to be in court today regarding a fraud case he had against me. First of all, one has to be served with papers to be ordered to court. Second, I called my county and federal courthouse and they had no record of any such case against me. He also did not leave a number for me to call to inquire about this issue. When I tried to dial this number 15 minutes after I recieved this message, the number was disconnected. Hmmmm...makes you wonder.
