Yes!!!! They keep calling and don' wanna tell me who they are, but insist on speaking with me on the phone, so i keep hanging up, how do you block this number

I get a recorded message from this caller every other day asking me to hit #1 if i am such and such, or #2 if i am not "such and such" person. My name is similar bit different from "such and such", so it seems that they are just using the new electronic technology for phishing, not caring who they inconvenience.
I didn't have a caller id phone system until this week, so like most poor and dumb people, I simply put up with another nuisance/harassment.

I am contantly receiving calls from the above number, as well as 716-218-4883 with the caller ID displaying Allia Greystone. Is there anyway to stop the calls?

Its a collection agency called Greystone Alliance.
