they called my boyfriends cell phone and said that they needed to get in contact with jane his mother cause she had a debt of four years in the amount  of 4,000 dollers and that she paid 1,000 over the phone today that the debt will be paid and that the debt was with bank of america shes never had a BOA account .they also said that if she didnt pay she was going to be send to court....

this company calls everyday, has called different members of my family, etc.  now they have garnished my banking account and still all i get is a recording, they have frozen my savings account - how convenient right at income tax time....  but i only know it is on an issue from 1/27/07 in the amount of $1,027.08 and no known information as to whom it was with so I can't even determine if it i legit or not....  what is with this - I didn't know that collection companies can freeze your account for debts they will not disclose the details about....

Paul Niedzelowski and Doug Mackinnon (GioveLaw) used to paint houses together in the Buffalo, NY area, years ago and Doug once used Niedzelowski as a front for collecting on his bogus debt portfolios.

One sleazy law firm who is handling their dirty work is Hosto & Buchan out of Little Rock, Arkansas with a reputation for not being the brightest lawyers in the courthouse and fails to show for a LOT of suits they file.

It does not take brain surgery to defeat these brain-dead debt collectors and their so called attorneys; you are already smarter than them for finding this site. The have what is known in this industry as a ?deficiency? which is an inability or failure to be able to LEGALLY validate the trash they are collecting on.

A check of records shows that Elite Recovery Services has not complied with state licensing and bonding requirements as required by law. That is no surprise because any operation associated with the MacKinnon?s appear to take the attitude that the law governing debt collections don?t apply to them.

Contact me for assistance. There is a way to deal with these bottom-feeders and make them go away.

There is nothing to be gained in giving Elite Recovery Services your money, you may not even legally owe on debts they are collecting.

On 11/10/2009 a Caller claimed to be a collection agency for Washington Mutual but would not give an account number or any other information pertaining to an alleged debt. I had paid off my wife's WaMu account several years ago and received a letter of satisfaction and when I asked for account reference or any other information that could be helpful but the caller insisted no further information would be forthcoming and I should hire an attorney for an impending lawsuit. Today, 11/11/2009 a caller from the same number called and spoke to my wife, again he refused to give an account or reference number and demanded my wife's SS number and other personal information and as she refused he threatened to sue her,me and any other relatives they may find. We do not know this agency, have no debt with any Creditors under my wife's name or know of any other claimants of debt. This caller also insisted they had sent letters, we both told this caller we have not received any notice ,letter or contact other than these phone calls

calling my house in VA looking for my sister in MD.  Mr. Archie was insistent that my number was in their system as a secondary for her.  He was nasty and very rude. I told him this is the 3rd time this has happened and he said it must be another agency calling...it was Elite Recovery/Greystone Alliance EVERY time.

I am not responsible for my sister. I think it is just awful that these people call others and discuss personal issues...muchless in a very nasty way.
