Mike Porter....at it again !!

Yes, ike Porter called me ,too! He called MY CELL NUMBER to ask for MY HUSBAND about a judgement or lien being put on MY SON!! What kind of info did he have to put all of that together? He also said he worked at North American Holdings..Anyway, we have reported Mike as a scammer! He is trying to scam money out of us!!!

He called my job said  I would be served between 3 and 5 pm and make sure I have a supervisor there when he arrives or HR person. I called the ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AND I AM FILING A complaint . Called my job phone and I work for the state ! IDIOTS! MIKE PORTER ... THEY WORK FOR A COLLECTION AGENCY I INVESTIGATED THE NUMBER AND RETREIVED ANOTHER NUMBER AFFILIATED WITH THEM 866- SOMETHING . I TOLD HER I reported them and NEVER CALL MY JOB AGAIN WITH THEIR THREATS ! The debt she has is a payday loan co she says in which I never had one
she claims I took one out in 2008 "LIE" . I explained my checks were stolen and my bank took care of the old account , gave me a new one an new checks she says it was done online using my info ... They cannot produce paperwork ! I told her I will see her in court !

A guy name mike porter posed as a paralegal to get information about my daughter! He called my work told me she was being sued by 5/3rd and wanted her number! He called my other daughter my ex mother n law and my ex husband. He was trying to scare us and making us think my daughter was in trouble. I think he was hoping that we would send money! Joke on him we are reporting to state police! Thank Mike Porter!

Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process.
