I just got a call from this number giving my ssn old used name saying I gave them a bogus credit card number and saying I owe them a lot of money since it's tax time they will take my tax check this year. I could hardly say anything for them overtalking me saying so much but how can a business curse you out and not letting you say anything but threaten you and say tell the judge cause we have filed a warrant on you in your county. Is this company for real and can they do that and not send anything to you in reference of who going on so you can check it out for yourself to make sure that what there saying is correct

LlJust got a call from this number. Left a message saying his name was Stan Mathewson a paralegal from SG and assioates.  Read off my ssi number and a case number told me to call him back at this number
When I called back the line was busy. If this was a true law firm they would have multiple lines
I get calls like that all the time since i wenr on line to get a payday loan

Received a call from this number leaving a nasty message and saying they were looking for my son, said they had his social security number and had been referred to them for investigation; They did not identify t heir company. I called my son who is in another state and he called, their story was they had a check  he had written 10 years ago and it needed to be paid. He asked them to send him all of the paperwork so he could see where it was written because he did not remember writing a check 10 years ago. They told him th ey could get a warrant and he would go to jail. My son lives in South Carolina and the call was  from new York. He had given them his bank card number and after trying to call them and receiving no answer, he went to the bank and changed his card and alerted them about what happened. When I  tried to find the name of the company it came up as SG & Associates Mortage company, they told my son they were a collection agency.
However he has called them a couple of times at different times and they do not answer the phone.
