Called from Roth and associates about a returned check. I called them back and told them I did not know what they were talking about. They asked if I knew a woman and gave me the name. I had no idea who she was and they said they would remove my number and I never received another call. The man I spoke to was polite and apologetic.

1-855-665-4349 also identified self as Eisenberg, Roth & Associates...this is an automated call which states "an item has been returned to your bank-- you or your counsel need to call us now"  My name or my bank not ide in the message......for me I believe this is part of a two year scam looking for someone else

The number belongs to a "Company" called Eisenberg, Roth and Associates. This isn't a law firm.  I talked to a guy named Brett. Super rude.  Says he is a Process server and serves paperwork to people.  When I asked for additional information like where he is based out of, who he works for, address he called me names and hung up. I called him back to confirm if there was someone else and for a company named several names, he is the only one.  I don't believe a word he says.
