I received a call from Alice Westlake at the telephone number 716-240-6019. He is represnting  pay day loan yes and said I owed 480.00. I told this person that, this loan was resloved back in 2011-2012. I have contacted the better business bureau and report another collection agency trying to collect the same loan. The better business bureau investigated this loan company and found that the loan company was paid the loan back.

this is his way of getting you to call back and he is not courteous at all!

Im dealing with the same guy and he is a jerk so be careful!

this guy is a complete a**!! will call you 4 times on the day your payment is due instead of giving you the day to make a payment and is not courteous what so ever.

this guy called my mother in law about my wife saying there was a problem with her ss#, turns out it is a collection agency misrepresenting themselves.  I called the ss office and they are looking into it and im filing a lawsuit

Caller stated there was a problem with my ss# caller called my mother n law in georgia about this

This scam calls you and tells you that there is a complaint in buffalo filed on you and you have 24-hour notice to call this number. If you don't, all charges will proceed as undisputed.
