Just received the same call as Frustrated did. Very hard to understand. After telling the lady that called me that I didn't apply for a loan and to cancel whatever they had she told me that I would have to pay $50 to cancel the application. She then went on to talk about lawyers, lawsuits and coming after me for cancelling. Only understood about every 3rd word and when I asked to speak to someone who spoke English I was hung up on. They then called back and again could not understand a thing so I hung up on them. The answering service when you call the number (716) 240-7149 says thank you for calling "Cash Advance America".

A gentleman with a strong Indian accent called from the listed number of 716-240-7149 claiming that my loan was approved for $5,000 and that he'd like to send me information regarding my loan package. We disconnected. Then, he called back again and persisted in asking me to receive this package. I told him to verify my credentials over the phone and he was unable to do so.
P.S.: I never applied for a $5,000 loan. Period.
