He called me at work saying I owe over $2,000 but he would drop it down to $100 if I paid with in 3days then when the Payment got denied I had a woman call saying I was going to be served an prosecuted for the remaining balance blah blah blah he seemed like he really wanted to help but something about him was fishy plus when he called the number showed up as unknown an when I tried to call him it wouldn't go threw.  Nice try Mr. Aaron Rice jokes on you.

He is using a new number 18886598968. He called me saying some none sense about allegations against my name and SSN. It came up as UNKNOWN number. But thats the number he wanted me to call him back. Not that I am going to, the guy sounds like some one let him out of the ward to soon. Paul Marks or something. I cant believe he uses the same name. Its gotta be the pay day loan hes getting the information from. Just a duces bag who just doesnt want to work, got some information trying to steal. Dirty b*****d!!!!!!

Man call me with fraud again my  s.s. number .. Use the name Paul Mark.. Phone no. 716-240-7254.. Scared to death..

Someone who identified themselves as Paul Marks left a message on my voice mail asking for another person with my first name but different last name (although similar sounding to mine).  I've played the message over and over and it really didn't sound like a mispronounciation of my last name - just like a completely different last name.  Anyhow, he claimed there were serious allegations against me and he would have to believe they were true if he didn't hear from me within 24 hours.  Before I read the above messages, I called back and left a hot-tempered message letting Marks know my name is different from the one he asked for on his message and that I would not be confirming my social security number over the phone.  The nerve of some people!

This tool called me today and was tryin to get all kinds of info.  had me freaked out so i gave the phone to my daughter she told him we would call him back and we are going to file a police report in the morning.  said i had written a bad check to a pay day loan place in 2010 and this is not the first time he has called last time i filed a report and he quit for a LONG A** TIME but guess hes back................  a***ole gave me a case number did he do the same for any of you????

Did you make a police report and do a frad alert on your credit reports. Also go to the FBI website and report it there as well. I hope they can find this man and lock him away for stealing personal identy and trying to use it. my post is called please read. thanks.

I had a guy call me from 716-240-7254 saying that I owe money to him about soemthing. The guy name is Paul Marks of the firm DSG. I asked him if he was a lawyer he said no I said do you work for BBB than I said I wasn't giving him my info. Even though he had already had my info. Please if you get a phone call from this guy give the police a call and report it right away, do a frad alert on credit reports, contact your state attorney, and BBB. Please help us find this guy and put him in jail. thanks

This guy just called looking for my husband at his aunt and uncles house. Weird I will tell them it is a scam 7162407254

A man from this number is calling my ex in laws telling them this has to do with serious allegations. He always leaves the number 716 240 7254 and a reference number? Is this for real? When I call back I get a message that this is Paul Marx with the firm DSG.

Ha! First of all, calling for a brother of my daughter's ex husband,  which is funny in itself!
No reason for anyone to be calling my number for THAT person. Said things like,  "very serious legal allegations against you. Leave name and SSN when calling back. You have 24 hours to call back, or we assume you plead no contest and will notify your county." Though I wish it to be true, I doubt is.

I got  call from this dude name.TRAVIS GRIFFEN Ask me about payday loan I well, but it's been taking care by a consolidate debit company. But this dude said the work with your credit score and he said that my social number is black listed. Of course I was afraid. But How can I own money to a credit score.. It's nothing to do with may passed payday loans? They called there self the department of financial. but no name company, so just watch out for this one.

I also got a call from this number and he would not release any information that I ask for. Ive asked several times for any information to secure that he has the debt and he explain that I would get it through email and I have yet to recieve it now he saying he sent it through mail... I'll wait until he send me paperwork about it...

I dealt with this tool yesterday. I asked for proof of the loan and was denied.  He then said that he would be forwarding the case to the state for prosecution for writing a bad check. Did my research and laughed. He said it was from 2008.  Too bad the statute of limitations is up on that!  The firm he works for is called DSTwhich I could not find anywhere.  And when I got off the phone, I realized he never said it was an attempt to collect a debt which most bill collectors will do. If these douche does call, have a laptop handy to do research as you are talking.

I wanted to confirm that I received a call from a Paul Marks as well and that this person stated that I have several counts of fraud against me, because of a payday loan that I took out years ago. He had asked me what happened to the account and I had explained to him that I had paid some part of the loan;however, I had lost my job and was not working. However, he had stated that this is fraud and that it can be solved by making a payment over the phone or through a walmart card. I am going to report this person, because I believe that they are stealing information and scamming people.

He is a big time SCAM!! I have reported him to the authorities and hopefully something will be done about this!  They contaced my family two months ago and tried to get me to give them my bank info..> I did my research and if you check the number it comes up a magic jack line in NY.. They had me so close because i did have a payday loan that I owed and he knew the information... He is an a** and talked to me like krap before telling me to F*ck off.. What kind of attorney would talk like that?  Please report this number and DON"T GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION!

The same thing happened to me. The first time they called it was someone different. Calling me at work and harassing me. Then a different person by the name of Paul Marks.

Did he ever call you back and try to get you to call back? Use words like social security has been flagged for malicious activity or so? Weird!

I am reporting number here as he sounds very intimidating and knows me by name. He uses the word Malicious activity on my ss # to get me to call back. I have no idea who he is.
