this guy calle dme too an indian accent saying he is a recepionist with abott law firm. his name he said is simon dean. he said there are serious allegations against my name and social security number. he asked me to give my number to him fo security purposed. of course i did not.

I received a disturbing call regarding a payday loan from February 2010. Being told it has not been paid back and there are serious consequesnces. Someone hacked or traced my info and said legal action will be retuening my call. I asked for their management team and they could provide nothing. the state of California has a great amny rules in refrence to loans and how many you can take and the payback policies are always direct, so there is no such chance of a thing. this number and it's foreign interactors need a major report on them to be filed against.

called me with an accent and said his name was Nick thomas saying I would be sued  and that my Social security number is in trouble.  Called work and cell .

this bastard called me too, he has all my information, thretended to sue me, i have to cancel everything and set up alot of fraud alerts, this jerk messed with the wrong person, im gonna get him legally somehow.

I got the same call on 12-14-10. They had my S.S., work address and my checking acct #. I filled a police report and a detective will call me on Wednesday.

Started getting calls yesterday, same story as all of you posted.  Knew it was a scam but played along so they would fax me the paperwork to "fix this problem before noon when the information will download to the courthouse resulting in my arrest".  What a scam!  I did a reverse lookup on the number listed on the paper that was faxed 813-703-1590 as well as the 813-305-1390 number and they both came back as a land line in Plant City, FL which is about 10 miles from me.  I contacted the sheriff's dept but they would not pursue it because unless someone actually sends them money no crime has been committed, according to the fraud dept at Hillsborough County SO.

He called from 813-305-1390, while I had him on the line I did a google search (they called about two months ago). I said hold on, I had saved it as a favorite, brought up all the screen reportig it was a scam....I told him I would call DA, I had already reported them, and to leave me alone, he was shoched and said okay by..Indian Accent. don't wory, just tell him you know it's a scam!

I got a fake call from this number. Threatened me that there are 3 legal cases that has been filed on my ssn. This completely messed up my mood for a while. Later after seeing this forum, got that it is a fake call.

I received two calls on Tuesday, December 14, one at home and one at work from the above phone number from a Mark Harrison with a thick Indian accent. He said he was the senior affidavit officer from American Legal Services. He said there is a case filed against my name and social security number and if I wanted to stop any legal action and not mess up my FICO score, then I should call him back "one hour from receiving this message and resovle the matter.  I keep getting these phone calls from differnt numbers and different names.I have filed a complaints.

This prick keeps callin me at work n wants me to tell him my name n # but I tried askin him.questions and he didnt like that n hung up on me.

At 6:46 tonight some man by the name of Chris called me and said there were legal allegations against my name and social #. I wasn't home so he left a message. He had a very thick indian accent and I couldn't understand all of what he said. But it follows everyone elses stories. I tried to call back and got a voice message sayin that this mail box was full. What do I do? did reverse phone look up and came up with a place in Plant city,FL.

I just received a call from from 052-497-347 (and no, I'm not missing a number there.) He told me to call him back at 813-305-1390. Thick Indian accent. Couldn't understand the guys name, but said he's from the law office of Mike Wilson.

He said to call him back to settle the case of payment and if I didn't want it to go to court, to call him within 23 hours.

I just called the number he gave me to call him back at (813-305-1390), he then asked me for my SSN and name, I told him I was going to report him to the DA and to never call me again, and all he said was "oh, okay" and hung up.

This person keeps calling my work in a thick accent saying that his name is David or Daniel Black and he's from a law firm and I owe them money? Guess I'll tell them I know it's a scam and I calling the DA. Thanks for all the info. I was very nervous.

I called them back about 50 times in a row that annoyed the crap out of them.  they finally said if we stop calling you will you stop calling us.  I said yes this is all I: wanted since day one.  They actually had the nerve to say I am going to press harrasement charges if you keep calling lol, my response was well how does it feel.  They got so angry and kept telling me to put the phone down b*tch!!! lol try it next time they wont stop!

I just got a call at work and, being the receptionist, I told him I wasn't here and took a message. Said his name was Neil Barker and to call 8133051390. I asked him what it was in regards to and he said her SSN. That is a load of crock and the thick Indian accent didn't help the case.

The indian guy claims that I have alligations against my s.s.# and that I will be in big legal problem if I dont respond. he is always calling me . I will send a cease and decise letter but he does not give his addrees. would like to know how can we stop this man

If you have had money taken from you! there is a FBI Web site to report any of the info you have on the people that are doing this they got several people that I know The site is IC3.GOV. The more info you can give the more likely the FBI will take over the investigation rather than your local and state Police

Got same number, same unprofessional attitude in thick indian accent, same three unpaid
debts on my ssn excuse, all they had was my email address and home address. When pressed
for info they get rude, hang up.  Called three times, say they are from ACS and named Gary Black etc.

I got a call from this number from Kevin Black they have all my information and said I had two hours to get it all done or they were sending me to court and I will have to pay alot of court fees and BS.  
I am so dumb to have fallen for this I new that I had not recieved a loan and they said when I told them that fine we will process this with the court now and hung up on me.

These people have called me too and left very urgent messages - same story.  I liked the idea one previous poster did, and called them back about 8 times - and they asked me to quit calling.  I told them if I keep their lines busy they can't harrass other people!  I think I'll call back 8 more times...

Same scammers for me.  Named "Danny Harris" with ACS Affidavit Consolidation Services with 3 serious allegations against my social security number.  Calling me on cell and at work.

Yea I got that same call....he called my job..and said the same thing about my social...thought it was real until I saw different people saying the same thing on this site he also said that I would get arrested

I've been getting repeated calls from this number also for at least the past two weeks, I'm glad that I checked this site and have read other's stories related to the same kind of events...this is apparantly a scam and someone needs to take them down...I am looking into filing suit.

The number that appears on my caller id is...+052497347 (no I'm not leaving anything out), I never answer
because I'm suspicious of it being a scam...I was right.
On occassion a man with a strong indian accent or possibly asian accent will leave a voicemail stating I owe them money as result of some kind of loan I took out, he states I need to call him back
immediately at 813-305-1390 to discuss this matter and that if I do not I will be sued/ taken to court and
arrested.
Today I just found out that they reached one of my good friends and have started repeatedly calling him stating that he needs to tell me to call them back or else I'll end up in jail.
This is a scam..do not fall into their tactics...call your state's attorney general and report them!

That is who just called me - Kevin from ACS. I told him not to call me again. I know this was a scam and I was going to file charges. He hung up on me.
