this is a collection company that harassing you all the time, gives fake names , but always calls from this cell number (716) 247-5593, and says his name is keith Marcus, but the number shows up as A Wallace R. Quinn and Lorna A Washington as owning this number.

I received a call from a keith marcus, he left a message, and also called my apartment manager to get a hold of me, hes harassing and threatening everday, I've called the attorney general office in ny, it seems this company is a collection company located 1530 military road buffalo,ny 14217

they are harassing and threatening me and my work, who are they he leaves a message his name is Keith Marcus and calls from (716) 247-5593.

Got a call from this number from someone stating his name as Keith Marcus. Said a small claims case was filed against me in his office which by the phone number is in New York.

Very rude states a cause is pending in my name and social security number many times a day.

7162475596, says Mr Adam with NCW needs me to call, I know it is a scam.I hate this wish they would do something about them calling and harassing people.

I get two or three calls per day from these people.  They also use the following numbers:

They leave messages that give absolutely no indication who they are calling.  
I've reported them to the FCC and it does absolutely no good.

I have also received a call from this NCW stating fraud allegations against my SSN#. These
Phone calls have got to STOP! They call both house and cell.

Every week Thurs or Friday their automated system calls my house.  When you call back you get voicemail for a Ms. Smith.  They must own stock in the phone company or have free phone to harass people that have absolutely nothing to do with their company.  This is really harassing.

F'n automated system keeps calling.  Same spiel as above.  UGH.

Called them last week & told them I am not "you" and I have no case with them.  Told them to stop calling my #.  Got a personal call back in lieu of an automated one from Mr. Davis and received a message with a tone intended to "scare".  Oooh..F'n A***.  He said to call him at 855-286-1922. Just left him another message as their automated system called me back today twice and left two messages.  This is harassment.  Told him to stop calling my # as I instructed him to do last week.  Do these people really think working people sit at home all day and wait for them to call?  This has to stop.  If it continues I will report to FCC.

They also go by NCW Limited Liability.  Always someone calling saying it's important to talk to "you" but the never leave your name.  Other numbers they call under are 646.430.9811; 888.583.1158, & 855.286.1922
