These Bottom Feeders keep calling and saying you have 48 hours to resolve this issue? What Issue?

This Mike Anderson guy keeps calling me about a summons for a person I do not know. I keep telling him he has the wrong number but he tells me I'm not telling the truth and hangs up on me. So I called back to speak to him and he told me I am waisting him time but telling him he has the wrong person and again hung up on me. He is rude and doesnt care if he has the right person or not. He waist my time by calling and calling when I dont know who he is looking for. He needs to listen and STOP CALLING THE WRONG PEOPLE!!

This is the name used by THE RUDEST bill collector that I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to!  
Add to his complete disregard for common courtesy, I have tried to tell him repeatedly that this is NOT my bill, NOT my name,  and he has the WRONG PHONE NUMBER!  Asshat, i don't care WHAT number you have- did you ever even THINK that you were given a wrong number on purpose!???  This company- whatever one it is- needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY!!!

Left a message on my work phone mail,   Before I even had a chance to listen to the voicemail , he called my employer and pretended to request an employment verification.  He told my Human Resource manager that he has left me several messages and I had not returned his calls.    Is there a way to keep him from calling my employer?  Yikes.  I'll call this a** hat back but jeez.

Mike Anderson who also worked for another credit collection harassed me a long time ago, and now is trying it again.....their crazy and won't let you get a word in edgewise.....I asked for a mailing address and he refused to give it to me unless I told him what I was sending...I told him paperwork and he hung up on me.   I called back and told them that I know my rights and this man who harasses the wrong people and is a jerk...and I don't have to take such phone calls from him and to put something in writing and he told me NO you owe this and pay it.  I told him I do not verify or take things over the phone, and to put it in writing ...HE REFUSED.  These people need to be put out of business.....harassing people who aren't who their looking for!!!!!
