who are these so called people..got call tonite saying ..wanted me to pay 500.00 for credit card that was paid....and the best it...I have and still use that card..she put me on hold and went to look at my credit report...get that... I told her I paid that balance...and she wanted me to send copy to her.....  the world is nuts...   I'm going to have my report locked ....what are they doing..going into credit reports and trying to get us to pay again....   she didn't even know the collection law in pa 4 years...she said 6..I told her no..it was 6 now 4- call the local attorney generals office and find out...   thanks...

Abyone receiving calls from this law ofice, you need to record the calls and then report to local police, your telephone provider, your state attorney generat and the FTC in washington.  These are the bottom feeders of the collection industry and they are conducting illegal collection practices, do not pay them a cent, ask for proof of debt when you do make contact, if they contact family or friends, have them record the calls but that, you record all calls on speaker phone, record all voice mails they leave and the case is building as we speak (Nov 08) to shut this unfair and deceptive company down. Send them emails by the thousands with a bot program to address below and write them letters to all the addresses below, best to send them used toilet paper in a brown envelope and place the paper in another sealed envelope so when they open it, they can smell thmeselves.  Everyone should do this to expedite the closure of this puke company.
