Kept saying ace cash express was taking me to court for bad checks. which i never been to ace cash express. i listened for a bit then hung up

where you able to resolve this one? I got a call from a 716-312-4300 also saying they will take me to court. Have you heard anything from them

same thing happened to me yesterday. i think they are a collection agency.

I ALSO GOT A CALL FROM 716-312-4300 BUT NOT ON MY NUMBER THE CALLED MY BROTHER ASKING FOR ME SAID THERE WAS SOME ACTIVITY ON MY SS NUMBER AND IF I DIDN'T CALL THEM IN 24 HOURS THEY WHERE PUTTING A WARRENT OUT ON ME I CALLED BACK NO ANSWER, MACHINE  SO I DID IT AGAIN SAME THING SO I LEFT A MESSAGE STILL THEY HAVE YET TO CALL ME BACK THEY LEFT A CASE #  ALSO

And they are going to get busted.
Any debt collector will contact you in writing and knows they are in for big fines if they threaten arrest.
Call the police.

I too received a call from Mr.Adams.  Told me I was being taken to court and tried for writing a bad check and check fraud.  Also claimed he worked for a pre-trial litigation service who gather information for their client's pending court case.  I hung up on him.  You know he is a debt collector and breaking the law by threatening arrest.

got a call from a Mr Adams saying he had received a fax across his desk about  bad checks I had written and I was to call 716.312.4300 that his  call was my offical notice and he gave a case number
he called me at work and on my cell he told the reception he had court papers to serve me.......

I normally don't feel comfortable talking about my personal matters, but she was calling me in regards to a family member that was trying to obtain a loan in my name. If she hadn't called me, my ex sister in law would still be using my  ssn to get a loan.

What is this about?  She said something about internet fraud?  I know this isn't true in our case because he doesn't have internet access.

I also received a call from Carly, when I contacted her she was nothing but polite. Had something to do with an oversight on my behalf. Personally I'm glad I called her back.

Got a call from Caryl Hoffman at 716-312-4300 saying had a case against my son regarding illicit internet use?   Any info on this number?
