The recording states that they are calling about a returned item from my bank. After hearing from my bank, I know this is not true - sounds like a scam trying to scare people for their information. First time I ever got a call from this number too!

This caller is probably a debt collecter but they are calling random members of my extended family and telling them that there is a warrant out for my arrest and that I have committed fraud, which is not the case at all and I believe to be extremely illegal, defamation of my character to my family. I am so upset by this.

They could not give me any information other then I was going to be sued and threatened me said my husband deployed did not matter.

I received a call from this number for a collection I in formed the person that they had the wrong number & wrong person, when I did not give him any information he threatened to have the sheriff come to my home and shoot my dog and take someone away in hand cuffs!

The problem with this is They will not provide a legal Address To address them with a Do-Not -Call Listing!!

What is important to know is that:

By Federal law any company trying to collect a debit
1) They MUST provide proof of the debit in writing
2) If you request in writing for them to stop contacting you they must comply.

If they do not stop then you have the right to collect damages from harassment.

Please tell your friends and family these things to help stop these kinds of people.

THIS POST WAS SUPPOSED TO BE JANUARY 12, 2011 NOT 2010.....SORRY

January 12, 2010...this is the first I have ever heard from this company.A female called asking for my husband, when I asked what it was in regards too she said that someone is using his social security number and there are 2 counts of fraud. As soon as I put my husband on the phone, the female hands the phone to someone named Shawn Miller who is supposedly a supervisor.This person immediately starts calling my husband a p*****-a** vet, a joke because my husband served his country that now he doesnt have to pay his bills, after about 5 minutes of this, I took the phone away, I then got called every name in the book as well. They claim that they were a law firm working at 9pm at night in New York....I called this person 4 times before he quit hanging up on me because I wanted to get as much info from them as I could. They said they had 2 felony warrants for my husband that were waiting to be signed on January 21st. Then they continued to interrogate me on our finances, bank accounts and how we could possible support our children. After I informed him that this was none of thier concern I offered to send him information, (which i have absolutely no intention on doing)....I called the local police. The police came and took a report and then called this "shawn miller" back...believe it or not this guy went off on the cops! The cops were able to get an address from this jerk...it was Fake!....imagine that. So I wanted to share with you the information that this guy gave me and the cops...the only things that are real at this point are the phone numbers.....716-312-4397 he gave me a fax number and WOW look at that its the same as his home number!!!....he claims that the name of the company is EIC SOLUTIONS but he told the police it is PRISM RESOLUTIONS...he gives an address of 210 JOHN GLENN in Amherst NY....14226 now the zip goes to Buffalo and there isnt either business listed in amherst or buffalo.... I know this is a long post, but please becareful. this husband and wife team is scarey. I have 5 kids and he was telling me how did i feel knowing what losers we were that my children were going to foster care and we were going to prison over not paying a bill.

I am getting calls for people I have no idea who they are...and now I am getting threatening calls from this person regarding a civil suit matter! I am not calling anyone back to tell them I don't know these people because there is more than one person calling for all kinds of names. The last time I did that to be nice they got my name and changed it to my name instead of the Olive person they had originally been calling for!

Aug 5,2010 today"s harrassing phone call...twice was the worst. They speak so quickly and by all means avoid ALL of your questions: as to who they are, explain why your calling etc..Said today, I have commited a felony fraud and "she will have no problem beginning court actions with jail time against me TODAY by 3 pm"
This above was a partial quote of the continued threats..
AND I YET TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT, BECAUSE THEY WON"T ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS....
BUT....THEY WANT "YOU" TO GIVE THEM ALOT OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.

I'm getting phone call everyday from this number and leaving me message for Walten Jone and I call see who they are let them know there is a no one with that name the person who answer the phone he wasn't nice and his name was Chris I hang up and he calls me back leaving me nasty message treating me I'm not sure who they are and I call back to tell him take a hike another person answer the phone and I toll her stop calling to this number there is no one with that name and She they use my number for reference, I didn't give my name

They keep calling and calling although I live in Florida and the family member they are looking for is in Pennslyvania. They make themselves sound very important by saying that the person they are looking for is wanted for a felony. I think they want whomever picks up the phone to pay them ASAP so they can get money that they are trying to collect. The first message had me scared cause they didnt no say whom they are looking for, lets face it you get a message from anybody saying they are coming after you for fraud and thats a felony it would scare anyone, it wasnt till the 3, 4th and 5th time they called they actually gave a name.

These people are extremely rude.I refuse to answer their calls.They have called a couple of times,leaving not so nice messages.They even call my parents residence,which i do not live.Each time claiming im going to be taken action against for fraud,or some other legal mumbo jumbo.My best advice is to block them.If you use a cell,at&t has a thing called Smartlimits 4.99 a month but worth it!! You can block numbers,voicemail etc...
