Received a call from this # while I was at work. They left a message about lowering my interest rate. It comes up as "unknown name."

How can we get this number from calling

The idiots called again! My wife answered and pressed "1". I quickly took the phone an hung it up. I would like to go to Florida and beat the crap out of these people and then haul them off to jail. I am going to report it to the FTC.

Thought not answering the calls would stop it. It hasn't. Don't know what else to do. Sick of it. Every Monday and Tuesday.

This is the 2nd call we've received in just a few days.  I pressed 1 the first time they called a couple of days ago.  When a rep answered, I asked him to take me off their list as I was on the do not call list.  He hung up before I could even finish the sentence.  Just now I pressed 1 again.  Started to ask them the same thing, but they immediately hung up. When you try to call back, it says the number is not in service.

I think the next time these jerks call me I'll pretend to be an insurance salesman and turn the tables on them. Wonder how long they'll last before they hang up on me?

I have been on the Do Not Call Registry for several years and sent 3-4 complaints to the DNC about these calls in the last 3 months. I have also sent complaints the the FCC and FTC. The calls keep coming.
It looks like the crooks are still winning.
A sane person would think that if you keep calling someone who does not want to be cheated that these a-holes would stop. Why would anyone WANT to do business with a company that makes repeated harrassing calls? Never gives a company name, uses different numbers, etc...

Never leave a message and calls everyday at least once and sometimes twice.

This company uses auto-dialers to troll the United States for people that are elderly, sick or otherwise mentally impaired.
If you call 100,000 phone numbers you will eventually land a unsuspecting victim that happens to own a credit card.

Enough people are being victimized and robbed that this scam is very profitable.
If you run a scam through the US mail it's mail fraud and you'll go to prison. If you run a scam over the phone it's no big deal.

When they call, tag along with these people to waste their time and resources.

This is another in over a hundred calls from this company.  I keep reporting the calls to the FCC but they still keep coming.

a credit card 'last chance to lower interest rates on your credit card' message.  no person. just a recorder.

we keep getting calls to lower our credit card rate.  Do not call lists mean nothing to these people.

I answered one of these today after repeated calls from them.  I decided to speak with a person and learned what everyone else as claimed.  That because I pay my bills on time they want to lower my interst rates, etc.  She wanted my credit card information, refused to give me a company name or website.  Only registered users are allowed to know the website! I know a scammer when I talk to one!

She was very rude when I started asking questions to verify them.  She hung up on me because I refused to give her any information and kept asking about THEM!

I am not listing my name because my number is unpublish and unlisted and put my phone number on the 'DO NOT CALL LIST" what good that has done. It appears I receive more telemarketing calls now. However, I received a call from 904-259-4351.  I pressed "1" I wanted to know how they got my number and what the call was about.  The gentleman indicated his name was "Ed" was very rude and told me the call is being placed to homeowners because you pay on time.  He refused to provide his company name and kept saying this call is for 'LENDERS' LENDERS' AND IF YOU ARE NOT A LENDER YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE PRESSED "1" and hang up.

Didn't answer, but this is the third time they have called

My phone rings and I see the number and unknown name and phone number 904-259-4351. I didn't answer till they hang up. I clicked redial and a recording says you have reached this number by error. please hand up and call again. or this number is not in serives. and when I spoke during the recording I heard some shmucks in the background they hooked up an answer system that will answer from the first ring and act like central phone and this number is not in service. I screamed and I said I know you are there motherf***ers. do not f***ing call this number again or I will screw both your a**es. those SonOfBitches calls again with unknown name, Unknown number. where is the fedral government to cut also this bill expense from the budget and put penelties of those sick motherf***ers

I am also on the do not call list.We dont even have credit cards. Haven'f for years. When i return the call it says it is unlisted.

I made an online complaint to the DNC list on this company.  All of you please do likewise so that enough pressure will be brought to bear on the proper individuals.

I have tried calling the FTC and am uncomfortable that they are asking for my birthdate, email address, phone numbers.  how else can we stop this company from calling us?

Ha! Another scammer offering lower interest rates on my credit card. I pressed '1' to speak to an agent, when she answered, I responded in my best  announcers' voice:  'Hello, You've reached the office of the Attorney General, please hold while we trace your call.".....  ''''CLICK'''' !!!!

They call all the time.  I usually do not pick up but made the mistake today.
904-259-4351 must be a scam.  Do not respond to these jerks.

They phone here several times a month....I finally accepted "1" even tho I knew quite well we had no business with them...she asked if I was calling to get the interest rate dropped, I said "ma'am I'm phoning because you phone here several times a month annoying my 84 and 87 year old parents, they have a no call phone and you hang up on them" well I guess I was talking into air because I was hung up on!

i too searched it, seems a residence in florida. they actually hung up on me when i asked what this was in reference to, i tried to call them back but was 'disconnected'....

call often rude tell me to hurry up and call them or i will lose my credit rating on my credit card  hahah.. no one ever there.  i am on the dnc list, and they are useless.

They call my house all day.  I don't answer anymore. I am on the no call list. Even though I don't answer it is still annoying.

I have a wav file of a fax machine dialing and as soon as these people call, I answer it and hold the phone up to the speaker playing fax tones.  The people assume that they have reached a fax number and DELETE MY NUMBER from their list!!!  I have been reducing the number of nuisance calls every day!!
