Said I had won choice of trip to locations within US or cruise out of Miami by filling out a ballot at shopping center- I intend to stop doing this. We have to claim prize at local hotel during 90 minute "gifting" ceremony. We need to be within ages of 25 - 72 and meet income criteria. Not a timeshare presentation. We'll need to bring ID and major credit card. We need to pay government taxes less than $90/each. Transferred me to Robert Garcia, Manager at 716-332-6622.  They gave me a confirming phone number of 716-406-4453 ext. 206.  Said they were based in Buffalo, NY.

caller ID says Ridgeview Manor -- obviously aimed at us seniors. They're SCAMMERS. The people above who said they picked up a prize - are obviously part of the SCAM.

I didn't answer this call, let it go to voicemail. How do they get your number?

For all the non-believers out there I first want to let you know that my wife and I just got back from a trip compliments of these so-called scam artists provided by Ridgeview Manor, from Rochester, NY. It was really simple, after listening to their 30 minute presentation, we simply told them that we were not interested in purchasing anything but that we would gladly post some bogus stuff on the internet if they gave us our prize.  They quickly agreed and here I am writing this review.  ;-)  SCAM!

Caller had thick Indian accent, said he was from (unintelligible) and that he was calling because I had filled out a form at a store like walmart and won a 3 day 2 night vacation for me and my spouse. He then asked if I had a spouse, and when I responded "Maybe", he became agitated and asked is I had a partner or not. I told him that was none of his business and he hung up on me.

Got a call from this number on my "Do Not Call List" cell phone.  Guy said he was from International Travel and asked to speak to the "Owner of this organization."  I informed him that he was calling a private cell number on a "Do Not Call" list, and he said he wasn't calling to sell anything (right!). He claimed he had received an application filled out at some mall with my number on it and it had something to do with travel.  I repeated that this was absolutely not true, told him to remove my number from his list and hung up.  What bullsh*.

Told caller I was on the Do Not Call List 2 days ago. I just received call number two from these guys. I'm reporting them to the FTC as soon as I submit this post.

I received this call a few minutes ago.  I tried to call it back and was told that it was no longer in service.  It's pretty obvious the people running this scam are leaving fake replies on this board.  My second grade kids have better grammar and spelling than these people.

Awesome!  My thought exactly!  The scammers get on these boards also and try to talk us into believing it's real. They called me but after asking them many questions, they made the mistake of saying that the name who filled out the drawing was none other than my deceased father-in-law!

They called & didn't leave a message.  Thanks again DoNotCall.gov.  Hope you enjoy the parties you throw with our tax dollars?

unknown name on caller id but phone # was 7163326622.  Phone rang twice answered no response.  Only reason it was answered there we still people asleep in the house.  If they call back it won't be answered!!

The area code for Rochester NY USED TO BE 716, but it changed to 585 about 10 years ago.  ONLY the Buffalo area  is still 716 area code.

If you google "Ridgeview Manor" you will also find it is a NURSING HOME in BUFFALO, not Rochester.

THIS IS OBVIOUSLY a SCAM, perhaps perpetrated by some lower EMPLOYEES of the nursing home, like CNAs and Janitors as they tend to be lower class people, uneducated, and often come from the CRIMINAL ELEMENT of society.  Someone should LOOK INTO the VOIP associated with this institution and TRACE it back to the shift and user of it to find the SCAMMER.

I, too, have relatives in that area code; although I live out of state now.  Called at 8:37 AM which is ILLEGAL;  DNC List specifies 9AM to 9PM.  The fact that they are ignoring this law (time constraints) alone indicates that THIS IS A SCAM.

I didn't answer and no message was left on ans. machine.

Am surprised there aren't MORE complaints here, though.  If this has been going on since May 2013 then there should be hundreds by now.

I keep  getting calls from this number, and I want it to stop as I am on the do not call list.

I just tell them I am on the do not call list, why did you call. Take me off your list. I tell them if they call again I will file an FCC complaint. If they do then I file the complaint.

More people need to do this. It hits them in the pocket book.

Caller ID from this number indicated it was from "Ridgeview Manor"  Didn't answer call but tired to call back several times with no answer.

Just received a call from this number and didn't answer, but the caller ID indicated it was "Ridgeview Manor".  Tried to call back but it doesn't answer.

I went to Walmart this morning and this afternoon this guy calls me and tells me I have won a free trip because I went to Walmart. I could tell he was not an American citizen and the telephone number came up Ridgeview Manor, Rochester,NY.

I noticed i got a few calls on my caller id from this number today. i did not answer.

Received a call from this # at 9 this morning. Caller ID indicates Ridgeview Manor and the 716-332-6622 #.  I answered it and no one spoke and it eventually went to dial tone. Problem here is that a relative died very recently. The facility he died in was also named Ridgeview Manor - in CT, not Buffalo!  How can they get the caller ID to come in with the name along with their #.  This was certainly not appreciated. It hit a raw nerve the minute I saw the name.  All I can say is get them off the lines.

It appears that this message board is being spammed by "happy prize winners."  If you've bothered to look up this number, then you're well aware that "there ain't no such thing as a free lunch."  Don't be fooled.

Got a call saying I won something or other. I couldn't understand half of what they said. I told them I never entered a contest they tried to tell me it was at a mall. I replied that I don't go to malls and hung up.
