A guy called me around 8:00 am and told me he was Mike Blackwood and he worked for Fisher and Gerdy and wanted to know if I wanted to take care of a debt that I owed on a credit card of $1300.00. I told him that was over 20 years ago and I know the statute of limitations. He replied that means no? I said yep and hung up. He called me back and said you can't hide in your bed forever, how long are you going to be at this adress? I'm gonna come over and pick you up and teach me about the law. I replied come on down and hung up.

A guy left a maessage saying he was at my county seat looking through my records, tried to insult me by saying my record was large.He called me by my name and a name I have never used. He said is was about preponderance of the evidence and I would really want to call him. He gave me a different number to call back, 877-564-3443 ext 303, said his name was Mike Blackwood and he worked for Fisher and Gerdy.
