Walt Frasier has harassed me as well, including a ton of threatening calls at work.. now i am being sued!!

Walt Frazier called me several days ago to report I owed a former attorney $1700 which I do.  I asked him if they would take a settlement and he said cash was good.  I told him I would call him the next day after I had spoken with my husband and he gave me his phone number 1-800-852-6393.  I contacted the attorney we owed and asked him why he had not called me since I know him personally in addition to professionally.  He confirmed that he had turned my bill over to a collector.  I did not call Walt because we were trying to figure out where we stood and how much we should offer.  He called me today amd when I told him we needed more time--which we honestly did--and he immediately got extremely hostile and threatened to call Allied Credit in Portland and sue me. I calmly and rationally told him he was lucky that I had answered the call since no real number showed up on my caller ID and that if he was serious he would use his phone number. I was so shocked, I started to laugh because I thought he was so outrageous and then he got even MORE hostile and threatened to sue, accused me of trying to dodge debt collectors, and angrily hung up on me.

I think he is creepy and dangerous.  His voice sounded slurred so I wondered if he had been drinking.  He needs to be stopped and if he has a license, he needs to have it rovolked.

I also have had this Walt Fraiser guy call, I googled him and got this page.  Answers my questions.  He didn't leave any info just to call him back, used a different number, 206-431-3731 but said to call 1-800-852-6393.  He doesn't give a reason to call him back so as far as I know he is either a scammer or a jerk with a wrong number.  I can look up your phone number and block my call and tell you to call me back, just because he looked up my name doesn't mean squat.  Screw this guy.

This Walt FRazier dude called my phone and left a message to call him back.  I did just now and told him to NOT call my phone again.  What a pushy chump.

i got a call from this walt fraizer guy and its for collections  ask for a settlement and he will give you one..  if you dont pay it it will go on your credit report. they do all kinds of colelctions.. this one if for a jamacan me tan..

I just talked to the Oregon Attorney General's office.  They said that your creditor is to give you a 30 day notice that your bill is going into collections.  Second, if they call a relative or a neighbor or before 6:00 a.m. and or after 9:00 p.m. they are in violation of the federal law and should be reported because they are in violation of the law.  Walt works for a company called United Collection Service and his boss is no angel either.

This Walt Frasier has called 4 times and left messages that he was Walt Frasier and this is not a solicitations call and to call him back at 1-800-852-6393.  The phone shows "Out of area".  I tried to report as a harrassing phone call by *57 after his call, after so many, the police start a report and give it a case #.  However, the call tacing is unable to trace.  Next step is to keep a log of his calls and reorpt to the police.

This guy Walt Frasier, I'm sure he's not abiding by fair debt practices. He keeps calling me a liar and saying he's going to sue me. He must not really want me to pay him because he keeps hanging up on me. I told him not to call me, requested a mailing address and then he said if I mail  him a request to only be contacted by mail he'd sue me. Is that even legal?

This Walt Fraiser guy AND his supervisor have been calling and harrassing my mom to get my contact information...I called him back and told them that under no circumstance are they to call her again, but they continue to do so, even tho they have my contact info.  Isn't that harrassment? Oh, is it legal for a collection agent to call you a snippy b***h and threaten to hunt you down, humiliate you and garnish your wages?  Just curious...

This guy is very rude.  on the messages he left, the first one said it was an urgent call.  second one "i suspect you're avoinging me, I wonder why" very rude in tone and insinuation.  I calledhim back and left him a message teling him I have no idea who he is, and if he wanted to let me in on that that would be great.

DO NOT "DO NOT" give these people ANY information about yourself..... I  received a call last week from a women stating that I owed $8,000.00 going back to 2005 to Providence and if I paid that day with a "CREDIT CARD" they would cut the bill in half....... I just received a call from "WALT FRAISER" from 1-800-852-6393..... Showing up as 206206 on my caller ID!!!!!!! I have not called him back I called the POLICE! Providence is also investigating this as well since they are acting as one of their reps. (noted: I did confirm with Providence that I DO NOT owe them $8,000.00)! Watch Out Everyone!

This number is a bill collector - United Collection Service, Inc.  They are real pushy.  Don't answer when they call. All my caller ID showed was "206" with nothing else.

Walt Frasier is an agent with Washington State Collections Agency.  They aren't allowed to give out information to people besides you, so if you receive a message from them, it'll just be the callers name and his number.

A man called me on my cell phone two weeks ago when i was at work and left a message telling me to call him back. he left no name no info about where he was from or what he wanted, just a phone number. so i call the number back at work and a lady who i believe was a receptionist said her greeting with "concrete Drilling and Mobile shooting Range", i was a bit shocked and asked what would be the reason for this man calling.. she didnt know. Next day again while at work he called my cell phone again, this time leaving his name Walt Fraiser and phone number saying to call him back. so i called back on my break, once again the lady says her greeting with Concrete Drilling and mobile shooting range. i ask for walt and she said he is unavailable, i hang up. third time i call back and tell the receptionist to leave him a message stating that i called and to call me back before 3:00pm. so she did. he calls again at 3:45 the next day. 'im getting irritated with this guy'. so again i call back and the receptionist wont let me talk to him but she emailed him this time with my info. the next day he calls back while im at wotk. WTF..this guy do get it to call me before 3:00 or what. well on that friday a woman calls and said she was from collections. anyways yesturday(june 26) i call the number back and Walt fraiser answered and said that it was collections." I said well then how come when i call nobody lets me talk to you, emailing to you and said she was concrete drilling and shooting range?...he called me a lier, this guy was an a**hole. said i was a lier and that i think that all they do is sit around..drawing pictures and collect money?"what the hell is wrong with this guy. he told me that he couldny say who he was becuase he could get sewed. so i said a few things what he didnt like calling he is a scammer so he said to me"GET OFF MY PHONE"..I said OR WHAT.. he said...OR IM GONNA SEW YOU....I SAID GO AHEAD...then he hangs up.

anyways be careful to who you give your info to. im still dealing this this problem.

I got a similar call.  He called twice.  The second time he said his name was Walt Frazier and that it was very important I call.  I really don't trust him.  He didn't say what he wanted.

he is from United Collections, phone number is the same. They are definitly abusive.

I received a call at work from Walt Frasier.  I looked up the number and it does come from United Collections, but I suspect they are a small business, with maybe one or two employees.  I told Walt not to call me back and that I would be sending a letter to that effect.  He said he had a judgment and was going to garnish my wages.  Since I don't have any judgments that I know of, I hung up on him.  I will be reporting his threat to the Washington Attorney General's office.  Read the FDCPA if you want to know your rights with debt collectors. http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/credit/cre27.pdf

This man has been calling my phone from various sources, several times a day. He leaves a very rude, demanding message on my voicemail and says his name is "Walt Fraser."  An obvious violation of fair credit practices, calling several times a day. I will be finding out who he is, where he is from and reporting him to the attorney general, better business bureau and any other organization who will listen, I suggest everyone else who feels their rights have been violated, do the same.

recieved two messages on my phone from this number, fist one was a name (walt Frasier) with a the number saying it was important message.  second call was abrasive and offputting...very rude.  I think it's been coming up as 206206 on my caller ID.  very helpful.  found on another site he may be an agent with washington collectors.  given his messages, I would say he skipped business ethics class...
