They have called me several times. They act like attorneys. Said it was not them but I google the number and it is them. Told them it is not me and stop calling. Next time I turn them over to the states attorney did it before will do it again

This Brian Murphy person from Eastpoint said the same thing as Cat stated in her message. He also say he very rarely gets files like this that comes across his desk.

They've called my cell phone twice looking for my ex husband.I called back and spoke with 'Brian Murphy' and told him he had the wrong number.Not sure what's really going on.

Voicemails were left on my phone and my husbands phone asking for another person by name (not mentioning) The call was from a Brian Murphy, from a company called eastpoint.  I believe they are searching for people and they are calling all people with our last name. His message was as follows,  That it "would be in my best interest" for that person that he named to return the call about a file that was transfered to his department. It was like he was trying to sound like he was from attorney's office. I did call back, but got a voicemail and I told them that they had a wrong phone number and that the person that they named does not own this phone and to not call my phone number again.
