I keep receiving calls from this number but Ive been reluctant to answer guessing it's some sort of spam because the number appeared on my screen like this: +7 (164) 063-36-6

I received a call saying we won a trip and we had filled out some contest form.... Which we have not.. We don't give out our numbers that way. Anyway the man couldn't speak English that I could understand so I hung up. Glad to see that there is a way to track and block numbers... I am a busy mom and do not have time for this!

I got a call from these scammers and right off the bat I knew they were trying to pull a fast one. A guy with a very heavy, and hard to understand, accent told me that I'd won a contest that I'd signed up for at K-Mart. Well, there hasn't been a K-Mart in my area for at least 20 years, so there were lies #1 & #2 (I don't sign up for contests at stores, ever). Told him that I knew he was lying, that I was on the "do-not-call" list & I wanted to speak to a supervisor and he kept trying to talk over me instead, attempting to convince me that his call was legitimate. I asked him to repeat the name of his company and he mumbled something at me and said it was a new business in my area. Area code was 716 (New York). I live in Oregon, so yet another lie which I threw in his face. Asked for a supervisor again and at that point he mumbled something again and hung up. Called back the number and got a not-in-service message, which means they're likely spoofing phone numbers.

Got a call from something travel. Guy with a strong foreign accent keep saying "I think you will remember feeling out a coupon card last year". When I said I did not remember, he said "I think you do remember". After a few rounds of this, I asked what the call was about. When he started on some pitch about having won something, I ask him what my name was (figuring that if I had filled something out with my phone number, it would also have my name). I found it funny when he couldn't tell me, especially when I answered the phone "This is Doug" as I normally do. He mentioned something about having only my address, but then couldn't give that to me. So, I told him that if I had won something, send it to me in the mail and hung up.

They called me 7 times in a row. On the 8th time, I answered and was going to go off on them. As soon as I answered, they hung up. They called back a 9th time, and I answered again and they hung up. If I could punch someone through the phone, these people would be my prime targets.

In broken English "I am the manager of ?????". He would not repeat company name just kept saying he was the manager.

Missed a call from this number; when I called back 5 minutes later, all I got was a message saying the number was not in service and to try redailing if I felt I had reached the recording in error. Funny, considering my method of dialing the number was to press "call" when the number was selected on my missed call log. Definitely something suspicious here.

MY NUMBER IS LISTED ON THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST, AND I DO NOT WANT TO BE BOTHERED WITH BULL CALLS FROM YOU, YOU CAN ALSO TRY WORKING INSTEAD OF SCAMING PEOPLE.

The caller called my c-phone @12:12 noon, 02/04/2014. I went to my treasure pocket out phone, phone dropped. It was disconnected. I returned the call by my home phone & found out it is a not working number.
So many people file reported with www.800notes.com since Oct. 09. 2013.
I'll report to www. fcc.gov too.

Received a call from this number. They hung up shortly after I answered.

Love the spelling. Sounds just like a guy in Nigeria with an "offer" of free cash.

If your phone is anything like mine, you can add numbers to a reject list so you will no longer receive the calls. I also received the you won a trip to las Vegas, Orlando, etc. I just put them on my reject list so I don't have to get a call from them again. When I ignored the call when the "supervisor" called, they called me right back. So that's when I added them to my reject list on my phone.

just recieved a call from this number, said i won a cruise package, and the supervisor would call after 5. She wanted to "confirm" information I filled out on a contest ballot. I refused to give her any information and she began to sound irritated that I was not responsive. I asked her the address of her company and she refused, I also asked to speak to a supervisor and she hung up. Very annoying!

Thank you for posting. I got a call just now and when they said I won a travel package, I asked her what company and immediately searched and found your post. It really helps checking the information first online before going into it. Thank you very much ;)

I entered a ballot at a fair and this company called to say that I won 1 of 5 prices that are all above $500 worth. They said I just had to watch a slide show and have lunch, and then provide feedback to help them with which products to provide customers in the new year.
It turns out that they are trying to sell you a life time vacation package for about $16,000, and there is NO prize to pick up. The whole thing takes place at a hotel, and it just wasted my time going there, although I did not stay the whole time to find out. Instead I talked to people who had sat through 1.5 hours of sales pitch and went home disappointed.
This happened in Vaughn, Ontario, Canada.

I got a call from the same number as Diana above: +44 1803 6 - and like her, I also live in Toronto.
Unfortunately for you (but fortunately for me) I can't tell you much else - I told the guy I was very busy and asked why he was calling, and he hung up - pretty sure he described himself as calling for a "travel" company of some kind.

I live in Toronto and I call a call from a sketchy number (+44 1803 6). They said I 'won' a contest that i have not entered, had a LOT of demographic details on me and when i declined redeeming the prize, the manager (Kevin something, total fake) started arguing and raising his voice at me. Had to hang up and block the number.
Don't fall for this!

And I appreciate this company..!!

Just got a call from Grand travel that I also won a trip & have to go to their promotional office in Carle Place New York - advised that they use to be located in Plainview. Supervisor was to call back to verify info from a contest form that i filled out. Supervisor's name was also Daniel - tel# 716-406-3366, located in Buffalo, NY. Winning trip 3days, 2nights - vegas, orlando etc. I remeber filling a contest form at a women's conference at the Orlando Convention Center- now i'm getting calls from these scammers. I will never fill out another contest form again. Also being bothered by another # 308-210-9052 every day.
When I advised Daniel that I was checking the company out on the computer & they were a scam he hung up.

Got a call from "Joyya Travel " as if won a tour .gave me this # for their Buffalo office. Dont have a website yet.
| Jeff H 2013-11-14 14:00:48 Unknown |
Got call - I won something from Grand Travel (Joanie Zelnick?). Call came in without an ID number. Ist red flag. 2nd is that I won something. If it sounds too good to be true - it probably is.
Asked for a number to call them back and this is the number given. Told me they were in Carle Place which is a 516 exchange but got a 716 area code which is up near Buffalo. This had scam written all over it.
| NOT SURE 2013-10-09 21:26:05 Unknown |
Got a "US Airlines" mailing 2 days ago, a phone call message from a "Travel Advisors" company the next day, no phone number, and then a call from "Grand Travels" company today to confirm my information on this number. 3 day, 2 night, 2 round trip tickets. Claimed they were a new location in my town, yet the phone number they gave was a New York #, just like all the other scams. This number was the one they gave me for a call back, with ext. 240 to speak with a Daniel. They had a lot of household personal information on me though...sketchy! They want you to listen to their sales pitch for 90 minutes and you get a voucher, just like the 1-855-879-8217 scam. Another red flag- their "office" was in an Oxford Suites hotel room....WHAT?? To unprofessional. I think they are all connected as a hard sales pitch. However, I wouldn't confirm information with them unless you want to be on more call lists!!!!
