How many of you guys bought something from the clear tv?? My mom - n - law doesn't do the internet.. and she doesn't give out personal info. Never had this happen until she contacted Clear Tv... she received her product and then started receiving the same phone calls from the same number listed above with the same code. I wonder if Clear Tv is the cause of this and or if they know about it if they are not.

This is definitely an invasion of one's privacy, and very frustrating. What really surprised me was that they even went as far as to leave a voicemail message when I didn't answer the unidentified number.
   This is even more frustrating when one is on the "no call list" and still receives these harrassing calls, it's harrassment, plain and simple, and needs to be stopped.
    How do they get our number and is there any action that can be taken against them to stop this harrassment?

Me too, Frustrated. My cell phone number is new, so I don't know how they got it.

Yep got the same message 8:16 am with the same 4544 code. Went to the bank and everything looked right with the transactions.  She said if they didn't even identify you by name or leave a call back number to leave it alone. What a scam!:)

i rec'd a msg from Windstream Landline in Gowanda, NY ...7165328898......re: some kind of transaction that i was overcharged on and this is the last attempt they will make so that i can apply for a refund...HOAX NOT REAL AT ALL EVERYONE HAS THE SAME EXACT REFUND #4554 AND WHEN YOU GOOGLE THEM...IT SAYS THEY ARE A TELEMARKETER FOR PHONE AND INTERNET SVCS...BULLCRAP....

I received same call as everyone to my cell phone. The call was from 716-532-8898 @8:17 am PDT on 6/25/14. They stated that I over paid something, and needed to go to the website (sendmemyrefund.com) and enter my special code of 4554. Thanks to everyone for posting here.  Same old adage: you never get anything for free.  How can these scammers be stopped?

Just listened to the message and my code is also 4554.  What are the chances of that

I got the same message and response when I tried to access www.sendmemyrefund.com

didn't recognize the number so didn't answer. message says this is the final time they will try to contact me to get a refund for an over charge.  Oddly enough, my special code is also 4554.

Same code... How exactly do they get a way with this when I would assume most of us are on the Do Not Call list???

the way that I see it is, if people do not do their research prior to following through with these  scams. They almost deserve to get scammed! My code was as well 4454 and all of the information is the same. So to whoever is reading this do not follow through!

It is for a payday loan. So yes it is a scam.

They called me at my cellphone with the same special code 4554 too. They are a scam company from New York.

Missed this call but listened to v.m. same thing with the claiming of some refund and the same exact "code" 4554 - Total Scam

I got this call and tried to get an actual person on the line by pressing 0 or # and every time I did that the message started over.  My special code was 4554 too.
