PNB called me from716 558 5824 a Timothy Page, when I told him I don't know the individual he said I was lying and he was going to In force the judgment. I told him I don't care I don't know this individual and please don't call me.

The man who called me said he was calling for my mother.  He said he couldn't remove my name from his list.  He doesn't have any business with me and keeps bothering me.  I will try to make a complaint - not sure where to start.  Don't give them any information!

This has to definitely be a scam!!!!  I just had my land line phone activated for about one week now and this Ms. English lady swears she spoke with someone in my household two months ago and when I told her that was imossible she called me a liar and hung up on me....she is VERY RUDE and I havent taken out any loans or anything of the sort.  Asked for my husband by name but when I told her to give me his middle initial or anything that would verify she had the right number she didn't.  I politely called her back and let her know that I have the activation records for my land line and it has only been active for one week....funny how she talked with him at our new number two months ago when the phone wasn't even on!!!!!  Total Scam...I let her know that if she calls me again I will report her for harrassment!!!!!

Thanks for making this so much easier. You see the cops have this great thing called tracing an IP Address back to where idiots who think they can scam people or treat people however they please. Company calls our home several times a week.  They are looking for the same person each time, that we do not know.  Have requested to be removed from the list and are told they have done so, only to be recontacted a few days later.  This has gone on for 2 years.  Callers are extremely rude even to my children when they answer.  I called the number back to request talking to someone since the last caller was so incredibly rude and the same gentleman answered pretending to be a supervisor.  Is there any way to have this company fined for harassment?  I do now know the people nobody would hire for a job because of attitude have found employment here.

i just got a call from MISS ENGLISH FROM "PNB CAPITOL EXT.180" 888-569-9635,ask for me first then asked for my mother by her maiden name stating we  need to contact her becaz we"they wouldnt say what" need to get her approval to move forward and confirm her approval on something ..making it sound like she ordered something and needs her aproval to send something which sounded pretty fishy from the get go when they asked for her by her maiden well she remarried after my father but asked for her by my last name which she hasnt gone by in 20 years ..this sounds like B.S.  to me they actuly wanted me to give them her number ...  i forgot to say "how did you get my number and how do you know me, man im pissed!!!!!!!

They don't say the company name, all they say is " this is <name> speaking and how may I help you.

Received a call from a Ms. Miller, a "manager" from PNB (or P&B or PMB) Capital Group stating that I had borrowed $300 from "Money and More" back in August, 2008 (conveniently exactly 2 years from this date), and that I now owe $655. She parroted some basic information about me, available anywhere, yet refused to tell me which bank account this had taken place - siting privacy & disclosure policy. I was then informed that if I don't pay this back immediately it will be reflected on my credit report and that the amount owed will increase drastically. She did give me the option of paying the original $300 only. I was given an address of PNB Capital Group, 369 Washington Street Suite 100, Buffalo NY to send the payment as well as a fax number to send proof from my bank that the transaction either never took place, or was paid off, should I dispute this.
This is nonsense. I had taken a few cash advance loans during that time - payments of all were directly withdrawn from my checking account - and all of them had been paid long ago. I do not remember ever taking money from this company. I inquired how to get in touch with someone at "Money and More" and was informed that they have gone out of business. This whole thing stinks to high heaven and I would like to know if anyone dealing with PNB, P&B or PMB Capital Group has reported them and how I may do so as well.

Received a calling asking if I knew someone by a certain name.  Last name happened to be my maiden name but when I told the caller I didn't know the person, said "Thank you" and hung up???
