They call, and call, and call but leave no message.  Please stop!

Has called several times with automated recording of my name, asking me to stay on the line for "important" business call.  No records are available of who the number is registered to except it's out of Buffalo, NY.

called me 3 times in less than an hour this morning, left no messages. I do not pick up calls that don't identify themselves, and I figure that if it's important, they'll leave a message, so did not answer these calls.
