Call from Mr Montano a mediating attorney with Falzone Law Firm looking for my mother.  Gave me aa return number of 18004034920 ext 118 with a case number.  I asked why they were contacting me and was told that my name and also my husbands name came up as persons of interest in this case.  Gave me a bunch a crap about a case against her.  He gave me her personal info including her bday and also her ss #.  Doesn't seem legitimate to me, mainly because of her personal info being thrown around.  She doesn't know whether to call them back or not.  I have not found one good thing about them online.
