Have been receiving threatening calls from this number.  One time I talked to them and asked if they would send something in writing.  I never received anything in writing; however, they called later and said they sent something and that I refused to cooperate.  I even sent this number to the state attorney general and they were unable to track them down.  The Attorney General advised me not to talk to them.

Just called back to 716 568 4125 I used a different phone number then the one they called me on everyday, I said hello and told them I was suppose to call this number and give them my code 611750. Spoke with Justin, he said he can not find my file, then he said is this the same numer you are receiving the calls, I said no this is a different phone. He said what number do you receive the calls on, I said you have my account number, so you don't need me to give you a phone number, well Justin must have gotten mad, he told me to go F yourself... So a long story short this is fraud!  These guys are full of crap!

This guy Jake called and threatened to come to my home and place of work to serve me legal documents and if I dont sign It will be failure to appear in court and will be arrested, this is coming from an 866 area code and 716 area code they call almost every day leaving messages saying call them back and this is my last chance before legal action is taken.

I am getting these phone calls too and it is from payday lender Delbert Services.  I have never gotten a payday loan and have no idea why they are leaving threatening messages of jail.

It is difficult for the feds to crack down on these guys because they use so much false info. They can buy a special card that lets them type in any number they want to let you think it is someone else, etc. They change their numbers often and sometimes if you try calling them back you get a message saying it is a non-working number.

I just got a voice message telling me to call 866-789-4520 and giving the secretary my case number 611750. They said something about me making a statement and any action by me...consequences...good luck. Left by the same law firm everybody else has mentioned. Started dialing the number but decided to Google the caller's number first. Glad I did. The caller is from New York and I live in Washington state. Will be reporting this to the FTC and Attorney General's office.

This agency which comes up on caller ID as Cohen, Kaplan and tulowitz has now started leaving messages on my machine, and even called my parents threatening me with legal action. They appear to be located in Buffalo, NY where I have not lived for nearly 20 years since I was a kid.

Please be aware of calls from Cohen Kaplan Tulowitz 866 789 4520 and a man who called himself Frank Crosby from that
company 716 568 4125 Ext 30.  It was a scam and I was so shocked I did not realize it.  I and my family were threatened with all kind of charges, mainly fraud and I also was threatened with defamation of character charges when I said I was not going to talk to him as he was a scam artist.  I still have the recorded phone messages from this man and also the man named Tommy <Marone who first called and said he was going to serve me legal papers for fraud and also my son in law in another state.

I have been getting calls from Cohen-Kaplan-Tulowitz  866-789-4520 and Frank Crosby who says he is from that company.
He gave his # as 71 6-568-4125  Ext 301.  I was threatened with fraud charges and arrest and also after a few calls I did not
answer.  I did answer one call and said I was hanging up and not to call and that he was a scam artist.  He called back and said I had 15 min. to call him (on a voice message) or he would charge me with defamation of character charges and play my voice message to him to a Judge.  He called other people in my family and charged them with fraud and other charges.
I was in total shock.  Not believing what they said but wondering how they got the info on myself and family.  I have never had calls like this before and it was hard not thinking they were a scam.  I thought they just were mistaken about the people they were threatening.  I refused to give them any additional info but they had plenty already.

I get a call from 716-568-4125 every day, 2-3 times a day. The pre-recording said the call was from "Colin, Kaplan,& Tuluets" and they want me to sign an affidavit and they are in the area and will stop by my job or work. If I am not available they will proceed in court. I stopped answering the call, because I do not know what it is for.

Are these people really scammers?  They said I would be served, had my social security #.  I talked with a Tyler Jeffries.

Frank Crosby from "Colin, Kaplan,& Tuluets" attempting to collect a debt. I was threatened with prison and disrespected as a veteran saying "you wonder why people spit of vets when they come back from overseas" he claimed he was recording the conversation for the judge and was upset when I told him I was glad his harassment would be in tape as well. He threatens to call my family every day and have me thrown in prison for 5 yeas over a 1000 dollars.

I just got a call and chatted with Tyler Jefferies and Frank Cosby. They refused to give me a physical address unless I gave them credit card info. Tyler said he "didn't trust" me...lol

These people call everyday trying to collect some kind of debt that I don't owe. I called them back and spoke to a man by the name of Tyler Jefferies just to record him while hes talking and to get as much information as I can from him so I could report him. And he has another man name Jake that calls also saying hes has papers on you and hes coming to serve you with them. But little does he know that I have already filed harassment papers and communicating threats against this company and I was told that if this so called person does show up, to call the police so they can get served their papers. They call from a lot of different numbers of 8667894520 and 7165684125 and 2057751113 and 3365711386 and who knows how many other numbers. But im glad I kept all of the recordings and threatening messages that they left and I took it all to the Police Dept as evidence. They also had me file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, The Justice Dept, Consumer Financial Bureau, Financial Fraud Enforcement Task Force. Also I didn't know that for everytime they call you after you ask them not to, they can be fined $500 for each call and each threat and for also leaving false info with others about you without your consent. Hope this helped someone. Also you can file papers on line with the Federal Trade Commission.

I too have received these calls and when I called back they just ask for info and don't wanna tell you anything..... I asked to be removed from there calling list but now they're calling even more. I also tried looking then up and have found no existence of their firm.... I feel like they are just calling to get people's information to maybe I don't know steal their identity.

I have been getting them, too. Almost daily. Home number and cell number. I DO NOT owe any one anything. It is harassment and I hope they find out who is doing this. Mine is also threatening legal action and this morning says "since you are not interested I will have to report you are uncooperative".

This number calls just about every single day leaving pre-recorded threatining messages about legal action.
I have no pending legal issues or debt and these calls have been causing me health problems. I want it stopped and am looking into what i can do to stop this and have these crooks thrown in jail or prison.
Why is the government seems to being nothing about these things ????!!!!!
