Did it ever occur to you that a corporation is an entity and not a person.  Of course it didn't because, well never mind.  Now reading your comment gives me a chuckle!  Thanks for the comedy.

how about you learn how to spell before you insult the working class of America which just makes you look like a chronic idiot, so think before you speak. Also you probably work for these scam companies, because honestly it's common since when you have one constant (IE Admin Recovery LLC) that has 12 law suits, 38 BBB complaints (and rising), then the scientific fact is the constant is the problem. So it's not these people who are working hard and living their lives, its these scam artists who would rather waste their time in scamming the public, it has nothing to do with paying bills or debt that is a very uneducated response to this issue and quit frankly you probably are one of the scam artists trying to make yourself look better, but in actuality it makes you look like a classless, worthless, lazy, and not worth anything. So to those who are tired of these scams and threats, don't put up with it tell them off and ignore these low class responses on bill responsibility these are those ignorant people who know their scams are becoming less and less effective so FU for being a "chronic complainer" and you find yourself an actual job or put yourself back in jail where you belong, you should be ashamed of yourself to come across as such a insightful person, but in reality your a RETARD!

Ran Creditors into the ground?  Seriously?  Did you even work at CI?  I did for the last 4 years before it sold and Shawn Costanzo is the only reason that company survived.  Ask any employee right now if they miss working for Shawn and they will say yes in a heartbeat.  It's sad that we never knew how good we had it working for him until we went to new agencies.  Shawn will always succeed wherever he goes (just ask the employees at Admin Recover) because he genuinely cares about the people that work for him.

Section 809 of the FDCPA http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/credit/cre27.pdf requires 3rd-party debt collectors to give debtors written notice of debt (the key word is *shall*) :
"§ 809. Validation of debts
(a) Within five days after the initial communication with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt, a debt collector shall, unless the following information is contained in the initial communication or the consumer has paid the debt, send the consumer a written notice containing?
(1) the amount of the debt;
(2) the name of the creditor to whom the debt is owed;
(3) a statement that unless the consumer, within thirty days after receipt of the notice, disputes the validity of the debt, or any portion thereof, the debt will be assumed to be valid by the debt collector;
(4) a statement that if the consumer notifies the debt collector in writing within the thirty-day period that the debt, or any portion thereof, is disputed, the debt collector will obtain verification of the debt or a copy of a judgment against the consumer and a copy of such verification or judgment will be mailed to the consumer by the debt collector; and
(5) a statement that, upon the consumer?s written request within the thirty-day period, the debt collector will provide the consumer with the name and address of the original creditor, if different from the current creditor."

I get calls from these people, even though I settled with the original creditor Bayside Cash. And they just start calling me the week the last payment was to clear, which it did. And the guy had the nerve to say after calling them and doing a conference call with me, which proved my debt was paid in full, I could still owe him and his company moolah.

Ive gotten several calls from this company saying they was gonna take me to court and have me arrested. They said I owe money on a yard credit card for a riding mower. They wanted my address to serve me papers and repo my mower. For one I only have 2 credit cards which both off them stay paid off. I usually pay them off a week or two after I use them. I only use them to show activity and build credit. For two I have never gone out and purchase a new mower of any kind in my life. For 3 after telling them you have the wrong person you need to check your records they continue to blow up my phone daily harrassing me. Report their azz to the FTC federal trade commission and to the FCC. They are violating every federal rule of debt collecting and can be fined up to $1500 per offense which can be per call. Know the laws do your research and help stop the scams.

Hiya Tyler/ and all ,
to give you all a heads up you have some mis information that you are giving to the readers, although they may be a third party agency if they have the means to repo something they can and they will, just bc it is a 3rd party agency doesnt mean anything, and it doesn not matter what kind of debt collection agency you are dealing with you will always get one or mayb even two people who are nasting thats the nature of the business not the agency they work for. so really the bottom line is PAY YOUR BILLS or hey atleast attempt to and you wont have to deal with any agencies.

These people at Admin Recovery have been sued numerous times in Federal Court for FTC violations.
I found public records for 11 cases in Federal Court against Admin Recovery.

One of the owners of Admin Recovery is Angelo Natale, he also owns Natale Builders in NY.
The address for these Jersey Shore Wannabes is 5930 Main Street Williamsville, NY 14221
On the Natale Builders website you see the name Admin Recovery under the sign for the building company.
What kind of decent home builder needs to supplement income with a dirty bag collection agency?

File complaints with the FTC, and sue them.

Well here is the truth most loans are secured loan and yes people and collection companies can repo anthing that is past due, and then sold off applied to the balance and then the left over balance is still owed, so please dont give advise on matters you dont know about and that 7 year rule is not always true every state has different time period if you live in ohio its 15 year plus banks and collections can get judgements agaist people that are 20 years and some states renewable, now i dont work for admin recovery however i was a debt collector while in law school so please review all laws in your state, and remember collectors are not customer serivce. annd changing your phone number isnt always a good way to go since most compnaies like your cell phone companies sell infomation and there are website that debt collectors use to "skip trace" a person which is perfectly legal.......moral of the story try to work withy collectors on reducing the bill and doing a pay off becuase banks due sill garnish(if your state allows it) and judgements are horrible so please dont listin to anyone do the research, and jsut dont read blogs

I had a Yard Card for a tractor purchase. My husband got laid off and we couldn't pay. Admin started calling and threatening me. They called my parents and were very threatening. I knew I had paid off the tractor and then used cash advance checks to create the new balance. I sent them only the necessary paperwork showing the part of the contract stating that once to balance is zero the item is not longer securing the account. They now had unsecure debt and weren't happy. Then knowing they did not have any paperwork, I sent them a validation letter. They did not respond. Three months later they called and I gave them my attorney's phone number, laughed at them, and thanked them for the $1000 I was going to collect from them in court! They just violated the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, buy contacting me when they did not respond to my letter of validation. I gave the name of the person who signed for my letter and the date it was received. Man, was the "manager" angry.  I don't think I'll hear from them again. Make sure you know what your contract reads, and remember they must have the paperwork to repo anything!!!

I have seen these folks harass the crap out of people. They are just a bunch of idiots that want to feel some power over working people. The cops in my community arrested some repo people that kept up their unfair phone calls... They took harassing phone call warrants out against them and also reported them to the Better Bussiness Bureau for these incidents. The victim also had placed his phone number on the Do Not Call Registry.... SOOOOOOOOOO, Now they have filed complaints with the US Attorney's Office in their area and also their states Attorney General Office. They have a lawyer too. Just remember these folks are SHARKS... They smell blood and they keep on going. One day their turn will come around and I hope it is just as good for them.

My neighbor lady in a retirement home was getting calls from these people.
Leaving messages about merchandise they were wanting back from some guy not known to her, at that address or the correct phone number.
Poor gal was all worked up over the threats and calls that had nothing to do with her, or any relation to the person they were seeking.
