I have put them on call block on my phone. It goes straight there and never comes to me. They have called several times in the last few days threatening me and saying that if I did not call back in 24 to 48 hours all they could do is wish me luck and they would file a criminal action in my county court. I have never heard of them and have no idea what they are talking about. i have filed several complaints with the FTC on them as threatening criminal charges is illegal and what bill collector wishes you good luck. Also had a heavy accent. I am not giving out any information and I am sick of scam bottom feeders.

They are scammers. Do not be intimidated like me --- I paid them $1,400 back last October. They are calling me again with the same speech, only a different phone #. I was so scared they would ruin my credit & I paid them & there is nothing I can do to get my money back. So don't be fooled; they can't do anything to you. By paying them (and a company called ACS), I ended up being late & defaulting on (2) other loans.

So remember, please I ask you, NO ONE can get a garnish without a signed by Judge, court order. If you default on a loan, it's a civil matter not criminal. No where in the United States can they garnish without a court order. You will get a summons with a court date on it and be allowed to present your case. Please don't cave in to the threats. Just don't answer the call and check 800notes for the information. Please don't be a sucker.

These guys keep calling me from different numbers and leaving messages on my phone stating that they are going to take legal action up to criminal charges. They are full of s#*$& a company can't file criminal charges for arbitration by law. It's part of the FDCA.

I just got a call from them stating my name and that my automatic debit did not go through. If it is an on line payday loan these are illegal in my state! Don't threaten me with court orders and give me a reference number to provide you. Anyone can Google a name to get information. I did my name and it has addresses I have never lived at and people who are suppose to be related to me and are not!

They prey on people who get intimidated by threats of things like "Last Notice" and you will "forfeit your right to voluntary restitution" and "we will turn your case over to the state authorities to prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law." BS. Let them try. Come on bring it you losers. So the collection A-holes on the other end of the phone if you actually call them back and speak to someone, are losers who can't find a real job because they are convicted felons or ex cons, and they are on commission only. So they only get paid if they can swindle you into handing over some cash. They get a cut, so their MO is to try and scare and intimidate and shame and bully you into paying money. That's how they get paid. It's an intimidation and collection through harassment tactic. Don't fall for it, and if you do owe Ameriloan money, call them direct to pay. Don't give these charletens a dime and block their calls if you can. They act all ruthless because that is their only way of taking home a paycheck at the end of the week, collecting. And P.S: trust me, the state you live in, whatever state that is, has cases up the wazoo for thousands and thousands and hundreds of thousands of dollars. Dead beat dads who owe over a hundred grand, still are in no fear of being prosecuted or made to pay because the cities and counties are all broke as a joke. They don't even have the funds or resources to pursue those cases so they sure don't have the funds to pursue some out of state collection for a measly $300 bucks. lol. You would have to have embezzled hundreds of thousands for any state DA to give a rip about the case. These jerks are full of hot air and are straight up extortionists who make their living bullying people who don't know they are nobodies sitting in a sweaty phone room somewhere in the basement of some rat infested building in the Bronx hassling people for a commission. I have been contacted several times as a reference for my cousin?s ex-wife, Rebecca Elliott. I have told this company SEVERAL times that I have no communication with Rebecca, that they are calling my personal cell phone and incurring me charges and they keep calling and harassing me, leaving me messages. Well, today, they left me a voice mail like it was Rebecca?s phone; threatening legal action (I have the VERY personal Voicemail). When I called the company, the gentleman I spoke with was rude and yelled at me, again assuming I was Rebecca, and I tried telling him they have the wrong person and when I explained what happened he called me a liar, I even played the voicemail for him. At that point he started tripping over himself assuring me that my number would be removed, which I informed him I had told him that I had been told that NUMEROUS times before and that this was harassment at this point because now they weren?t even calling me as a reference, they were calling me like I was someone else. I told him I would just proceed with filing complaints to which he started yelling at me again and the hung up. I would like to advise that my voice my very clearly states my full name.

Nationwide Arbitration: refuses to send VOD. Contact 844-714-2290. I have gotten this final notification message at least 50 times. The part that is supposed to name me is totally garbbled. Do not provide information. Do find out everything you can so that you can pass it on to others. Maybe we can all get a class action lawsuit started against these low life extortionists working for even lower life loan sharks. Maybe the attorney generals of all the states can get together and start chasing these cockroaches out of their boiler-room sleazebag hotels. If everyone worked together they could accomplish something. I did call them, but they refused to provide any information to me. I am lucky, they called my boss and she started recording them. The calls stopped. I have tenure, so they cannot fire me for this kind of harassment. They do leave harassing calls on my office voicemail. I bought a recording device, totally legal in my state, and now I am saving up all their calls. If a lawsuit starts let me know.
