This man has been calling none stop I have asked him to stop calling me
because i have an ill mother that when he keep calling leaveing distrubng messeage it upset her. sometimes it will be the same number and sometimes it will be 886-878-5796. now he is threating me.

My mother keeps recieving calls from this "company".  The first time they informed her they were a District Attorneys office, which scared her of course. Even I know its against the law to pretend to be a lawyer.  Now they are saying they are a lawyers office and need for me to contact them or my legal counsel.  Someone by the name of Rodney Giove.  All they will give is a reference number.  They don't want to give an address, because they know I can send them a legal form to stop the phone calls.

Just received a call from a Mr. Hapka at this number. He said he is calling on behalf of Mr. Giove. He also left a callback number of: 866-618-5732 x 272

This debt is outside the statute of limitations, as they well know. They are inferring legal action and offering dispute resolution. (all the while of course not even mentioning what the potential legal action is regarding!)

I'll continue to ignore any calls from this number. I live in California, by the way, so their tentacles reach country-wide.

I to have received several messages, (because the calls come in when I am working.)Stating that "I had BETTER return the call on this matter or they will be forced to taken action against me." Don't know them and won't call them either. A reference number is left but no other further information. I also live in the south. The female voice attempts to sound authorative and demanding which prompts me to push the delete button!!!!!!

I just received a call from the Gutter Pig himself, Signarele or however you spell it.  I am well informed about this character and his "practice" or lack thereof.  Yesterday I totally infuriated and humiliated one of his "Callers".  The man was trying to convince me he was an Attorney and I kept knocking him down saying, more or less, he is just a debt collector and works at Collection agency.  So, today came the call from Signaraele asking me if I was angry with the original debtor.  Stupid question in my opinion.  I told him absolutely not and I do not talk to people of his nature.  My next statement was to "Cease and Assist" and I hung up.  We will see what tomorrow brings.  These Gutter Pigs are insatiable and I have found that insults will get you everywhere!!!  I have never been a morally inept person, but it works in this case.

got a call from old Mr vincent cignarele and he is as full of s*** as his phone numbers, there are serveral number that he calls on tring to probe people into paying debt that is over the statotory law.  Just don't answer his call he is trying to scare you into paying and there are other numbers that other people have reported on him too, 866-857-9587 he is a "Rent-a-Attorney" and there are charges filed against him in the state of NY for his practice of trying to collect debt that is older than 7yrs.  please don't let him scare you he is full of crap. you can't go to jail for not paying a bill and if it is over 7yrs old there isn't much they can do and it can not be reported to your credit report.

Got a call from the this law office as well. They say they have a case that is directly related to me. Don't have a clue why anyone in New York would have a case involving me. I also live in the South.
