Well, I got a call from this Susie Stone (via a private number) and said she was with Agle & Sons, a legal carrier service, and that she receives a fax telling her where to deliver a legal summons and she said she noticed it was to be delivered to my work. So she called me and said she didn't want to have to deliver it to my work due to embarrassment so she was doing this as a courtesy.  So she said to call Pullman and Price at 716-748-6076 to have them deliver it elsewhere. When I call them and tell them where to deliver it, then they will fax the new address to her at Agle & Sons and she will deliver it to the new address.

I asked what it was she was delivering again and she said this time that she did not know (she said it was a summons at first...well, the Sheriff delivers those!), that the documents were sealed. I just said well, why don't you deliver them to my home? She said I can only deliver them where Pullmand and Price says they are to deliver them. I almost said come on down and deliver them to me at work!

She said they were legal papers. Well, there is this thing called the USMAIL and FedEX and UPS. I have not received anything from these people! Not one document! If it is a summons than the sheriff will be at my door. Send him on down.

I now realize this is a scam to get me to call them on some possible debt. Nice try. Oh and Agle & Sons is in New York. And Pullman & Price doesn't even come up on a Google search except with respect to this page. Oh and how are they going to deliver this to me in another state? I'm not in the state of NY.

Oh and if they are reading this...your call has been recorded since you called me at work. I can use this for a fraud case against you.

I keep getting calls from this number as well and also cannot get them to even look up the file # to remove MY phone number because I won't give the absolute bi*** that answers the phone my name.  My name is irrelevant, THEY are the one's with the wrong information and I'm trying to help them.  I wish there was something that could be done about this.

I have tried to tell the people at this number that I have filed bankruptcy and have tried to give them my case number and they just laugh and hang up the phone. Am meeting with my attorney on Thursday and will be handing over the information to them so that they can let the bankruptcy trustee know. They will be able to go after the company for violating Federal bankruptcy law.

They call at minimum of once a day - usually 2 or 3 times.

I have been receving calls from the 716 number and the 866-362-3875.  I googled Pullman Price and found these comments as well.  They are very rude.  They are calling me about an account that I took care of over a year ago.  They said they were taking me to court and I told them to go ahead.  Something needs to be done about these people.

I received this call today. Caller ID said it was from Buffalo, NY. I had just been there last week on vacation so thought maybe it had to do with something from then. The number was 716-748-6076 and recording said it was Pullman Price and was calling for "garbled" totally unable to understand. They gave a file number and I was told to call back 866-362-3875. I googled it instead and found all your notes!

Yes, Pullman Price is some sort of scam.  Calling on my mobile daily.  The message says that this message is for "adnma;vqenpru asdcmapem ;aoisdmfpoqmwf".  (Totally gibberish inserted into the recording)  No way I'm going to return this call - even to straighten out some mistake.  This is no mistake.  The way-too-artificially professional and officious voice says they have my ss number and I'm involved in some legal action and I need to cal them right away and that this is my official notification of a legal action against me. If that is true then one call is enough, right?  Why repeatedly?  Why a phone?  Nonsense and annoying nonsense.   (This is harassment pure and simple.)  They give a case number.  So I blew it off for the first 20 times they called then I got annoyed.  I called the number back and asked the bozette who finally picked up the phone who they were and what they did and what they wanted.  She refused to answer anything but instead asked me who I was.  I only said that "no - this works the other way around and they have been calling me and I want to know who they are. "  She hung up on me  So I called back and she answered and  without saying anything else but "Your call constitutes harassment".  She hung up. mmmmm, if really interested then she would give out some info...naturally.  

I use a pay as you go account so I called my provider up and changed my number.  I am lucky as this is no hardship for me.  

These people are pure scum.  This is harassment.  Pullman Price is a scum scam.  Pullman Price is the lowest order of existence on the planet.  People who work like this and for this organization or individuals will surely burn in hell.  I have no doubts.

I get daily harassing calls from these two numbers daily as recently as yesterday. The person that called me stated to me that my "use and understanding of the English language is way off and I needed to look up the Websters definition of Refusal". This sort of taunting went on for another shameless fifteen minutes or so, before I finally hung the phone up. This guy called representing Pullman, Price and Associates and also stated to my company Director that he was with Common Wealth of Illinois. I thought it was illegal to discuss someone else's matters of debt with a un-involved party? He left all of the information of who to contact and regarding "my" file number, I thought this was illegal?

Received a call from the 716 number and the message was garbled and you could not understand anything. I returned the call to 866-362-3875 and asked the name of person, she said Susan Stone. Asked me if I was Raquel and told her yes and that they were looking for a person for a returned bank item. I said this was not the person she was looking for and she shushed me. I told her don't shush me and she said I was acting like a child because I was telling her this was not the person they were looking for.  She hung up. I called the 716 number and Susan Stone answered and was laughing. Don't call, they are scam artist and any important information should already be available to them if they are a legal office.  I could not locate an office or anything on website.  BEWARE of these number.

yep i know all about these scammers I am so sick and tired of them calling my phone and my friends phone having these numbers and info because they odviously hacked into my private online accounts.I so wish someone or somehow give these people what they deserve like a suit for harassment that costs them a pretty penny then maybe theyll stop

Susan from Pullman, Price and Associates just called me asking for my boyfriend vomiting threats of legal action. I tried several time to give her my mailing address so she could serve him via mail or personal serve with any legal filings or orders. She refused and kept trying to get me to give her information and stated the phone call was being recorded. I thanked her for the information and again asked her is she would like his mailing address she became angry and tried to intimidate me, it didn't work. Legally no one should give any information over the phone, if anyone receives this call do not be scared or pressured into giving out any information. If there is any legal filings against you they opposing party must serve you with written documentation of the lawsuit. Just FYI

We have no items returned to a bank, so I just hung up.
Our bank would have the name in the caller id and would have also just mailed us if there was an overdraft.

yeah, they call me everyday...granted we did get a Payday loan,we lost our jobs and couldn't pay.that was 2 yrs ago...now they call. i begin by correcting the uneducated human's grammar and informing her ignorant behind that I've worked in corporate collections and i know how the system works. i told her simple behind to mail me a letter w/ the following info....name of company,the reps name said,mailing address,and phone#, they never sent it...by law they have to do this if you ask for it.i told her what amount we could pay and she said that wasn't enough,so i then told her i was through with her simple trifling &@$.

This lady is still calling and trying to scam people I think.  She didn't have my correct info at first but then found it and was threatening to recommend a court case proceed against me.  Totally bogus.  Had no idea what she was talking about and she would not provide any additional information so I could clear up the issues.

I have received  this call before.  In my case, it says that it is in regards to a returned item from my bank.  I pressed 2 instead of 1 and it hung up and called me back  saying it was calling from MCS in regards to a person named and then there was a very garbled name which could have been anybody.  I was given an 800 number to call.  I didn't call anyone.  It's a total scam.  I see that the voice is intentionally loud and threatening.

i JUST GOT HOME FROM WORK TODAY AND MY WIFE SAID DO i KNOW A STEPHEN MATHEWS BECAUSE SHE RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM A WOMEN THAT SAID I WAS INVOLVED IN A COURT CASE AND THAT THEY HAD COURT DOCUMENTS FOR ME. I TOLD MY WIFE DON'T GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION TO ANYBODY AND IF IT'S A LEGAL ISSUE THAN IT WOULD BE DELIVERED BY A COURT APPOINTED PERSON.

Just got a call from the automated system, and it said to press one to be connected to a representive. Pressed 1 and went to a recording for the Pullman Price and Associates . I left a message telling them I thought it was pathetic to have an automated system dial me only to have me "leave a message about the reason I am calling" I DIDN'T CALL THEY DID!! I left my name and my phone number. They called back immediately and told me I was not a nice person and that I had no right to leave such a rude message, then asked for someone who doesn't even live at this number. She yelled some more and then hung up on me. BTW: She called back from a private number. Yeah...very suspicious.

this company also calls me threating me with legal action and wage garnesment, cannot find a record of this company anywhere in the country. be warned if they calll you hang up on them they are a scam.

Anyone know who these people are ? They call me regarding someone who is NOT even at my address or number. Refuse to say who they are. Even told me that my call is being recorded any that I was Harassing them !

THIS NUMBER CALLS ME EVERYDAY! A FEW TIMES A DAY!! TELLS ME THERE IS A CASE INVOLVING MY SS NUMBER..SAYS HES FROM PULLMAN,PRICE AND ASSOCIATES. I CANNOT FIND THIS COMPANY ANYWHERE. Vague computer message kept calling day after day. Caller ID just said "Buffalo, NY"  This must be a tiny company because, when I called back, there was no call management system, just a rude and aggressive Guido-type who kept trying to get my name but refused to give me his name or his company's name.
